Try and picture having dinner on the generous terrace just off the large living room, while looking over the sea, the mountains, and the picturesque area of El Alamillo. Or enjoying your morning coffee on the roof terrace taking in the spectacular lighting show over the sea at sunrise, hence the name of the property. The main bedroom has a double bed in it and if you open the curtains early, you find yourself in the most romantic setting. You can literally watch the sun rising from your bed. The other two bedrooms, another double and one with bunkbeds overlook the shared pool of the residential. Guests have use of a bathroom with shower and an additional toilet room on the ground floor. Also on the grand floor is the living room, larger than most in the properties of the area. It has two corner sofa beds for relaxing and napping in front of the TV. Again, the sea view from the sofa is amazing. The nearest restaurants/bars/coffee shops are 5 min walk from the Den and across the road from these is the nearest beach. But while in Puerto de Mazarrón, you can use one of the many beaches the town opens to. For a evening stroll into the centre of town, it's 20 min walk and leave the car at home, or, less than 5 min drive. Supermarkets for those holiday essentials and many other shops are 5 min drive away. Puerto de Mazarrón has residents and guests alike fall in love with the area forever with its wild coastal walks, cycling routes, surfing bays and interesting rock formations found in the area.
