This 2-bedroom apartment, completely renovated in a modern style, offers total comfort and ideal conditions for remote work or a well-deserved city vacation. Whether alone, as a couple, or as a family, this property is prepared to accommodate different travel contexts. Perfectly located for accessibility to services and transport, the apartment is close to public parks, transportation, restaurants, bars, and a variety of cultural activities. The living room features both a lounge and dining area, and the two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and two bathrooms (one en suite) allow for a maximum occupancy of 4 people. The balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, is ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors, soaking up the sun, or simply relaxing with fantastic sea, mountain, or garden views. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the apartment. Private parking is accessible inside the building.

AREA
Located in the center of Funchal, Madeira Island, the property is ideally situated for exploring the city. Nearby attractions include the CR7 Museum, Funchal Marina, Santa Catarina Park, the Municipal Garden of Funchal, Baltazar Dias Theatre, the Electricity Museum, the 3D Fun Art Museum, the Cruzes Museum and viewpoint, and Blandy Wines for Madeira wine tastings. The apartment is also perfectly positioned for access to public transportation and exploring other points of interest on the island. A wide range of restaurants and bars are just minutes away, and the cable car to Monte or the Botanical Garden is within walking distance (15 minutes).

Madeira offers activities for all tastes, from cultural and nature-based experiences to more adventurous pursuits.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
