This spectacular apartment with sea views, which is part of our luxury collection, includes a long dining terrace, plenty of space to enjoy the sun, a water park and a restaurant. Located in our Benal Beach complex, clean and bright everywhere and with stunning views of the Mediterranean.
This recently modernized apartment has capacity for 4 people and is complemented by a large corner terrace facing southeast that has the most impressive views of the Benalmádena beach. You can enjoy breakfast under the morning sun while enjoying the spectacular views of the coast.

Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.
Total access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (for a fee), bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc.
CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.
POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)
The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.
PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.
Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

Tourist animation in Benalmádena:
- Aquarium Sea Life - Located in Puerto Marina, it is a shark conservation and protection center inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.
- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin Habitat, which houses the only dolphinarium and penguin habitat in Andalusia.
The complex is 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station. The Athens gym in the complex has a spa and sauna. There are taxi and bus stops at the entrance of the complex.
