Ten minutes from Lake George, walking distance to a golf course, and 30 minutes to Saratoga. The Six Flags-Great Escape Amusement Park just 10 minutes away.

Eighty feet on Lake Sunnyside, a NO MOTOR-BOATS ALLOWED, 35 acre, spring fed lake with a canoe,rowboats,pedal boat, kayak ,private beach,dock and great fishing. 70 inch HDTV, SAUNA!! Enjoy the sunset from the lake-side gazebo and BBQ.

So come and enjoy the peace and quiet yet be only minutes away from all the excitement you can handle! Front porch and back door have motion detecting cameras for when houses not in use.

Great Lake house!

Awesome vacation! Beautiful and quiet lake! Great location with short drives to attractions, shopping and other adventures! Perfect for family and/or friends. The house was perfect for our family!!!

Family Vacation

Stayed here with my family for 10 days. Beautiful grounds and view, kitchen well stocked, well supplied with row, paddle, kayak and canoe boats. Bathrooms well stocked with toilet paper and towels. Beautiful sunsets and we got to experience the Blue moon over the lake. Location is amazing, really close to a lot of attractions and lake George.

Home had everything we needed. Family had tons of fun. Loved the kayaks and fishing on the lake. Defentily recommend plenty to do at the house and close to everything. Only 10-15 minutes from Lake George.

Great house, great location.

The house was just what we were looking for. Plenty to do on a rainy and sunny day. The house is in a great location too. Every time we went somewhere, it only took a couple minutes to drive there. The view from the living room- priceless.

Comfortable family home

Thanks, David for the great week at your home. What we loved about the property was the direct lake access, plenty of room for our family (6 adults, one toddler, 2 pups) . The beds were comfortable, central air only needed our first day, and the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. We spent a lot of time on the deck, enjoying the view of the lake, and the fire pit was perfect for a cool August night. The carpets are a bit worn with some stains, but easily overlooked. Plenty to do in the area while not being in the thick of Lake George. We'd stay again!

Great location! A little worn.

Awesome location - very convenient for shopping and activities. Beautiful view of the lake and fabulous balcony! Very comfortable home - we enjoyed staying there! Only issues were (a) the smell of chlorine from the "indoor" hot tub took 2 days and 2 scented candles to dissipate, (b) the grill was covered in old grease and cleaning the grates took 30 minutes, and (c) the oven was covered in grease and smoked up the whole house the first time we used it. No smoke alarms, BTW.

Great for family time

We had a great week spending time with extended family. The house was spacious and we had a great time fishing (catch and release) from the dock and using the canoe and paddle boat. We visited during a very hot and humid week, which made the upstairs AC struggle to work, but downstairs was a respite. We were looking forward to using the hot tub, but found the fumes to be too intense for ourselves and our kiddos. Despite these unexpected issues, we had a lovely week together!”

Nice Location

The location of the house is great! Quiet lake is right there, boats/kayaks were fun, easy to drive to Lake George and quick walk to Par 3 golf. We did not use the downstairs game room. The overall score of 8 is due to the home being tired and in need of an update. A cleanliness score of 8 is based on assumption the place needed updates, otherwise cleanliness would have be a 6 or 7. For our family the beds were too soft and uncomfortable - might work for others. We had a great time but would rent another home next time. The house has great potential.

Another fun vacation!

My family, friends, and I enjoyed our stay once again at this property. Unfortunately it rained often but we tried to get as much fishing in as possible - morning and evening! We love the serenity of the lake yet the closeness to other activities-movies, restaurants, outlets, mini golf, malls, Lake George strip, etc. There’s a yummy ice cream shop nearby called “Sprinkles!” We brought our dog for the first time, hoping he would get used to the water, but alas, he was spooked by the bullfrogs and fish jumping! My only concern was the cleanliness of the central air conditioning vents in the house and the amount of dust on surfaces.

Dated. Last Year here

We’ve done 3 years at this property. This year it was kind of dirty. Bugs were everywhere. The toaster was gross. Just not what we want to pay 4000$. The hot tub was completely useless… it had way too many chemicals and would automatically turn on and stink up the basement. We will not be returning.

Will be a repeat renter!

We have rented homes for our vacations for five years now and this is the first one we would definitely rent again! The location was great-only two hours away for us-generally quiet lakefront home that’s only 10-20 minutes away from good restaurants, shopping, and daytime excursions. Plenty of space and things to do- great fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, swimming (some of the little fish nibble on you though), fire pit, etc. And plenty to do inside-pool, darts, foosball, hot tub, watch movies, etc! I would agree with other reviews regarding deep cleaning needed (ceiling fans, air conditioning ceiling vents, dusting..) but overall, the house was clean. I also must mention the number of outside spiders that came out at dusk that creeped me out a bit, but they certainly did their job of eating the bugs! Just make someone else go on the porch first so you don’t accidentally disturb their routine..lol! Admittedly, we sprayed bug spray to deter them..

Family Vacation enjoyed by all.

We enjoyed our stay .. relaxing on the deck was great. we had plenty to keep us busy.. pool table , dart board and foosball. We used the peddle boat. row boat and kayaks and paddle board. Its great location close to Lake George. Thank you for having us.. it was a great week.

Great Time

We had six adults that stayed at the house, which fit us comfortably. We had a great time and the house was in a great location. It was easy to get to Lake George. Sunnyside lake was beautiful to look at everyday and we also had fun using the paddle board and kayak. The house was very comfortable and the owner was very quick to respond to any question or issues. It was a great vacation!

Beautiful Lake Getaway

The lake and the location of the property were absolutely beautiful. The house had so many things to do on the lake with a canoe, kayaks, row boat, fishing and more. The basement game room was perfect for evening activities if you weren't outside at the fire pit. The house was not clean and there the kitchen was poorly supplied, (two cooking pots, one full of rust).

Perfect first family vacation!

This rental was an absolute dream! We chose this location for our first family vacation with our 10month old daughter, along with another couple and their 5month old, and it was perfect. Close (15min) drive to Lake George Village, quiet, plenty of privacy. My husband caught lots of fish on Lake Sunnyside. The house itself is a little dated and could use a deep clean, but everything was in proper working order. Dave is very responsive, super easy to work with, and made the whole experience a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend this rental. I would definitely stay again.

Great place!

This was the perfect way to start the summer! The house has all the toys any aged child needs from the boats, pool table, foosball, to the dart board and the hot tub! The owner was easy to reach. The house was clean and had all essentials to cook including a grill! We spent many days canoeing and fishing. The view from the deck is perfect at sunset! We were 10 min from lake George and all the mini-golf places! Good restaurants nearby too! Try the Queen of Harts for pizza. Also 1.5 hours from Howe Cavern, absolutely amazing.
