During my last 4 career years in hospitality as a caffe/club manager, I developed a sociable persona, networked within the crowd, befriended hundreds of customers. That's where I figured out that I love to work with people from all over the world, which brought me in travel & tourism business. My holiday homes are hand-picked, personally acquired and my relationship with homeowners is built upon professionalism and trust.

Villa Grande is located in the small Istrian village of Brščići (part of village "Juršići"), which belongs to the municipality Svetvinčenat. Brščići is a village with about 100 inhabitants. The first neighbors live in Switzerland and come to the neighboring house only for holidays.

Juršići is located near well-known tourist destinations in Istria, such as Svetvinčenat, Pula, Rovinj, Fažana, and Medulin.

A local shop is 1.3 km from the property (Juršići). Supermarkets "Plodine" and "Konzum" are located in Vodnjan, 8.5 km from the property. Nearby are the restaurants "Bistro Tone" (1.3 km), the popular "Konoba Klarići" (1.5 km), and "BBQ Pizzeria Buffalo" (7 km).

Die Villa Grande befindet sich in dem kleinen istrischen Dorf Brščići (Teil des Dorfes „Juršići“), das zur Gemeinde Svetvinčenat gehört. Brščići ist ein Dorf mit etwa 30 Einwohnern. Die ersten Nachbarn wohnen in der Schweiz und kommen nur in den Ferien ins Nachbarhaus.

Juršići liegt in der Nähe bekannter Touristenziele in Istrien wie Svetvinčenat, Pula, Rovinj, Fažana und Medulin.

Villa Grande is a house of traditional Istrian architectural expression. Most of the walls in the courtyard, and part of the facade, are decorated with expensive Istrian stone. For over a year, the stone was hand-coated by one of the best Istrian masters for stone facades and walls.

A sense of spaciousness can be experienced in every corner of this property. The house once belonged to a famous Croatian-American actor. The balcony offers a sea view in clear weather.

Very quiet location for a top family vacation.

The whole property, which includes a house, a yard, and the swimming pool, is for the private use of only one group of guests.

Guests at Villa Grande have at their disposal a private tennis court, basketball and football courts (100 m from the house). Sports can be played in the evening too (the court is illuminated). Next to the sports field, there is a playground for children, so that even the youngest members of the group can enjoy.

Villa Grande ist ein Haus mit traditioneller istrischer Architektur. Die meisten Wände im Innenhof und ein Teil der Fassade sind mit teurem istrischem Stein verziert. Über ein Jahr lang wurde der Stein von einem der besten istrischen Meister für Steinfassaden und -wände von Hand beschichtet.

In jeder Ecke dieses Anwesens ist ein Gefühl von Großzügigkeit zu spüren. Das Haus gehörte einst einem berühmten kroatisch-amerikanischen Schauspieler. Der Balkon bietet bei klarem Wetter Meerblick.

Sehr ruhige Lage für einen Top-Familienurlaub.

Das gesamte Anwesen, das ein Haus, einen Garten und das Schwimmbad umfasst, steht nur einer Gruppe von Gästen zur privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Den Gästen der Villa Grande stehen ein privater Tennisplatz, Basketball- und Fußballplätze (100 m vom Haus entfernt) zur Verfügung. Auch abends kann Sport betrieben werden (der Platz ist beleuchtet). Neben dem Sportplatz gibt es einen Spielplatz für Kinder, damit auch die jüngsten Mitglieder der Gruppe Spaß haben.
