Modern apartment with a Large PRIVATE Balcony (30 sqm) & outdoor Jacuzzi that Chills the water by Day & Heats the water by Night. Set in a quiet, peaceful location, yet close to the attractions of Coral Bay / Paphos. Spend hours gazing at the beautiful scenery, watching the landscape change with every passing hour, sunrise to sunset, listening to the sound of nature. We are a short walk from Peyia village & all local amenities. The two best sandy beaches in area, Corallia & Coral Bay are 5 minutes drive.

The space

The apartment is newly renovated with a fully fitted kitchens, AC, en-suite shower room, free Wi-Fi, safety deposit box and digital TV, which will enable you to stream movies, videos, sports and live International TV channels.

If you feel like just chilling out in the complex, but not by the large communal pool, the apartment benefits from having a LARGE private balcony, with a pergola (providing shade from the sun) and private hot tub / cooling pool (Bluetooth enabled speakers).

Alternatively you can relax by the large communal swimming pool (Heated & Air Conditioned Swimming Pool), enjoying the fresh sea breeze and experiencing the best coastline and panoramic mountain views in Paphos, whilst surfing the internet on the free swimming pool Wi-Fi. The swimming pool lighting offers you the unique experience to relax underneath the impressive night time sky. Why not even throw yourself a BBQ during the day (grills / utensils provided & free Wi-Fi) or enjoy our meditation garden in the early mornings or late afternoons!

We had an amazing time in Peyia the views from the apartment were amazing and the host Christian was very friendly and helpful. We had no negatives and look forward to returning soon

We provide exceptional holiday rentals with private Jacuzzi’s, that Chill the Water by Day and Heat the Water by Night. All of our Studio Apartments - Deluxe / Premium / Superior / Standard - offer panoramic views of the hills and sea in Western Cyprus. We are just 10 minutes walking distance to Peyia village Centre and very close to all the famous tourist holiday resorts. A 10-minute drive and you arrive at the best-known sandy beaches in the Paphos region of Cyprus, Corallia Beach & Coral Bay Beach.

At the complex where all our Studio's are located, you have a large communal BBQ / outside eating area, laundry room, private parking, and a large crystal clean communal swimming pool, which is both Air conditioned and heated, allowing the pool to be used all year round.
