• No pets allowed (inside house, garage, or screened-in porch) our property does not accommodate pets because our housekeeper has severe allergic reactions to dogs and cats.

• Must be at least 25 years old to book
• Photo ID, guest list, and signed rental agreement must be sent before check-in

Security System
The property and neighborhood are safe areas. The neighbors are laid back and easy going. They all enjoy the lake life! We have found that some guests prefer a security system while traveling to an unfamiliar area, so one has been installed. There are video doorbells at each entry door that allow guests to feel safe and comfortable in a secure environment.
