Beautiful clean comfortable bungalow, that was so easy to settle into. Jean and Brian excellent hosts who helped us through a tough situation. I would recommend this to anyone. Perfect for 2. Close to the cotswold villages. Parking was great.

The bungalow is a beautiful modernized stone structure that is designed and decorated wonderfully! All our needs were provided and was surrounded by beautiful gardens. Jean and Brian were both very nice and welcoming, we would definitely book this property again.

The Bungalow

Beautiful cosy Cottage

A very well appointed and spacious cottage that was very clean with great facilities and a comfortable bed. It also has good off road parking and a great base for discovering the Cotswolds. We loved it!

The Cotswolds

The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed. Our hosts Jean and Brian were wonderful hosts. This was the best of our many VRBO experiences.

A Real Gem

We had an amazing stay at the Bungalow. It is a real gem -location is superb for exploring the nearby villages-the ambience, decor and amenities are all 5 star The host and hostess left nothing to chance -every detail was complete -gorgeous bed, shower, kitchen facilities, sitting areas, welcome package and outside beauty Thank you Brian and Jean Wishing you the best Des and Martha

Lovely cottage

We had a very pleasant week in this tastefully decorated and well equipped cottage. There is loads to do in the surrounding area, but we also enjoyed sitting in the conservatory, terrace and garden. Don’t let the proximity to the road put you off booking - the entrance is at the back of the cottage on a much quieter road. This is such a comfortable house and the owners had provided all that we needed for our holiday.

Great stay

Very nice comfy set up. Bed was wonderful. Everything was clean. Only thing was it wasn’t walking distance to village as stated in listing. But that really was an issue as the accommodation was so comfortable we were happy to have a glass of wine at home. WiFi was excellent. Would definitely stay again if in the area

We're very happy that you enjoyed your stay. We are unsure what you mean about "wasn’t walking distance to village as stated in listing". Our listing states that we are in the hamlet (smaller than a village) of Perrotts Brook. If you mean where the nearest Pub/restaurant is, that is listed by VRBO as a 3 minute drive. We hope this clears up any confusion. We look forward to welcoming you back again should you re-visit the area.

Great spot - spacious, delightful!

Everything you could need is here - plus a number of delights. A solarium room, surrounded by a lovely garden tangle is a superb breakfast spot. Spacious, with several rooms to spread out in. Hot water in a nicely warm bathroom. The washer-dryer worked well. Helpful, warm owners provide all you need. Great spot to explore the area. Drive carefully!!!

Overall nice place, didn’t care for location

On a positive note, the Bungalow is clean and recently renovated. It is decorated beautifully and is comfortable. The hosts, Jean and Brian, were so helpful and welcoming. However, I should have looked more closely at the location. It is right on a major road and there is a LOT of road noise. Also, there is a smell of mildew/mold that we were bothered by in the place. Finally, there are no pubs or a town nearby (at least a mile to walk). All that being said, we had a couple of beautiful walks in the area, but I just didn’t realize the location. the

Thank you for your review. You did 2 washing loads on your day of arrival, you informed us the next day the machine wasn't working, we investigated and replaced with a new machine the next day. Both times you had damp washing all over the furniture, curtain rails and decorative ornaments. We had to re-wax the oak chairs. Thank you for your stay.
