Villa Lefkas is a stunning, delightful villa ideal for four people, set in the peaceful traditional village of Meladeia, just a short 10-minute drive from the beach. Spanning two levels and fully air-conditioned, the villa features a bright and spacious open-plan living area on the lower floor. The stylish lounge and dining space are furnished with high-quality pieces, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation effortless. Large patio doors flood the space with natural light and open onto breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, stretching all the way to the sea.
Upstairs, you will find both bedrooms, a double and a twin, both enjoying ensuite shower rooms. Tastefully decorated, they are a haven for relaxation. Both units share a large balcony offering great views over the surrounding countryside and down to the sea.
Step outside to discover a quaint pool area, featuring an unusual-shaped pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of sunbathing. The shaded dining terrace is the ideal spot for al fresco meals, easily prepared on your own BBQ.The traditional villages of Peristerona and Steni are also nearby, where you can experience local hospitality. The larger town of Polis is a short drive away, where you will find all the amenities you need, such as supermarkets, banks and pharmacies, as well as a plethora of places to eat and drink.
For your convenience, air conditioning is included in the bedrooms. If needed, the two lounge units are available at an additional cost of €10 per day for one unit or €15 for both (as of 2025).
