Welcome to Villa Naxos, a private home nestled in the hills surrounding ‘Peyia’, (a traditional Cypriot village just a few kilometres from Paphos) and overlooking the near-by popular resort of Coral Bay. Villa Naxos is a newly refurbished detached villa offering luxurious accommodation on two levels with additional outdoor living space comprising of some small and large terraces and private pool. All areas of the villa have unrivalled panoramic views across the surrounding countryside and to the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in a no-through road which provides the only access to the four detached villas comprising ‘Sunrise Dreams’.

This impressive 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom detached Cyprus Holiday Villa has been designed, furnished and landscaped to the highest standards and offers a real taste of traditional Cypriot village life. The villa is located in an elevated position with both Coral Bay and Peyia village centre just a stones throw away.

On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the thought and care that has gone in to make the villa a true home from home. Access at Ground Floor level leads on to the Master Bedroom with King-Sized bed, fitted wardrobes and balcony with panoramic views and a large En-Suite Bathroom with bath and shower. The other room on this level is a Twin Room also with En-Suite, this time with large enclosed shower cubicle.

Stairs lead down to the basement level where you will find the spacious and stunning open plan areas of the Lounge, Dining Area and Kitchen as well as a further Twin Room with adjacent Shower Room. Both the lounge and dining areas give access to the impressive terraces and private pool area. The Lounge is smartly designed with traditional stone built sofas and comfortable cushions. There is a TV and DVD player plus a selection of board games for entertainment. The Dining Area has a long table with 6 chairs in modern design.

The particularly spacious kitchen is fully equipped with appliances in stainless steel. These include Oven, Hob and Large hood, tall Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher (integrated Bosch) and Washing Machine. The Twin Room features 2 single sized beds and fitted wardrobes and allows access by patio doors to a terrace for sun loungers which is nicely shaded by a large palm tree. The adjacent shower room completes the internal areas of this level.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, has ceiling fans fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof. Many extras such as Gas BBQ, chrome heated towels rails in all bathrooms, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, pool/beach towels, extra tables and more make this a true home from home that is well worth the visit. A travel cot and highchait can be provided on request

Outside, the villa has an extremely generous landscaped garden featuring palm trees, bougainvilleas and other exotic pants as well as a 9m x 4m private pool with roman steps and ample room for sunloungers (6 supplied). Outside the lounge and dining areas is a long terrace with pergola and patio area in front for the table and chairs and parasol as well as sun loungers. The views from this area are quite spectacular, making it the ideal place for relaxing in the shade, taking in the views, alfresco dining and socialising with your party.

Peyia

The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the area. It is spread over a large area with the village centre (1km away/15 minute walk) having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and a bank (to name but a few). Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its Sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities.

Only a short drive and you are at the Akamas Peninsula with its stunning unspoilt landscape and beaches as well as a few hidden gems for lunch or drinks in the afternoon. Peyia is an excellent base for exploring the rest of the island starting with the mountain villages of kathikas and Droushiea then over to Polis & Latchi.

Golf: 4 Golf courses are within half an hours drive. Please ask for further details. We can access the lowest rates available at the new Elea Estate golf course (near Paphos airport).

Ski: Ski-ing is at Troodos Mountain Range- 80km

Porto Antico is a great restaurant we enjoyed. Last Castle is worth a visit, basic but amazing food

Everything ran smoothly, emails were responded to in a timely manner and the local managers were responsive (and very nice/friendly)

''The villa was fine clean and tidy. The villa location was fine but you do need a car. The ship wreck bar was lovely for a sun downer. The service with your company was excellent as it always is. The Villa manager were grate and lovely welcome package. Will book with you again as its my 60th next year and we like the look of the Sun Rise Villa in coral Bay. We had a lovely stay thank for all your help ''

''The villa was excellent and the location was fantastic with the views from the terrace absolutely stunning. It is one of the best villas I have been fortunate to holiday in. The welcome pack provided was a nice touch and welcome after arriving late on the Sunday evening. I would highly recommend Peggy's secret garden cafe in the village . The food and service was excellent and good value for money. I would highly recommend your company for booking a villa and the service and information and correspondence from you was second to none. I would imagine that hopefully in the next few years I will be booking another villa holiday and more than likely return to Cyprus and most definitely will be using your services

''Villa was perfect.. lovely new seating area outside with comfy sofa & chairs. Location is perfect for us - so quiet & relaxing but need a car for days out

Trip to Latchi - Y & P restaurant & the Ice cream parlour
Poppadums Indian restaurant back towards Paphos - 10-15 min drive

Your service was fabulous as always. We had all the information plus extra discount offers that we needed for our holiday. Steven you did a fabulous job of keeping me up to date with info about our holiday at the villa.

The lighting outside is fabulous & also providing the tea/coffee/sugar & the flavoured tea boxes were a lovely treat! & the arrival package was better with milk & ham & bread & butter etc
& also washing up liquid / cloths / sponges etc ''
