We are so glad you arrived it was exactly as stated and that the bathrooms were beautifully clean and that the beds were very comfortable. We will make sure that there is a corkscrew in for future guests, thank you for letting us know. We're happy that your issue with the bath was rectified quickly. I was sorry to read that you were disappointed with your stay and that were some shortcomings with the cleanliness and maintenance. We know how important these things are for an enjoyable stay and we are so sorry that this was not up to our usual high standards.
