The check-in link is automatically sent at the time of booking confirmation, but this guest appeared to have difficulty locating it, so we resent it promptly once informed. Check-in details, including lock codes, are sent three days before arrival — we cannot send codes any earlier as they must be changed between guests for security reasons. We are never rude to our guests and value every one of them. However, it’s disappointing when guests become rude themselves simply because they are unable to complete a basic form. In this case, we did everything we could to assist. The towels provided are standard, and we do not advertise the inclusion of toiletries. As stated in our check-in message, this is a self-catering property and guests are responsible for their own supplies after the initial starter pack, which includes a couple of toilet rolls for the first night. Lastly, we do not claim the house is mobility friendly. The listing photos clearly show the steps to the front door. We’re glad you found the property lovely and enjoyed your daughter's birthday stay.
