Located on the edge of a small rural hamlet, the property enjoys panoramic views of the historic Badia a Passignano, a thousand-year-old abbey belonging to the Vallombrosan order.



The abbey is just a 15-minute walk from the villa and features a stunning Last Supper fresco by Domenico Ghirlandaio. Nearby, guests will find excellent restaurants such as Di Vino, which serves traditional dishes with views over the vineyards, or the Michelin-starred Osteria di Passignano. A small grocery store is located in the nearby village of Sambuca, and all major amenities can be found in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, a ten-minute drive away. Florence, Siena and San Gimignano can each be reached in under 45 minutes.

The villa is a single-storey stone house that has been beautifully restored. Inside, exposed stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings and large windows create a bright and elegant atmosphere. The minimalist interior offers both comfort and character. Outside, there is a small dining terrace in front of the house and a second shaded terrace by the pool. Guests are also welcome to pick herbs and vegetables from the lovely garden.
