This charming, stone villa of 130 sq m sits on a knoll, in a beautiful area, surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of the Natural Area of the ‘Balze’ of the Valdarno, a backdrop of luxuriant countryside interrupted by pinnacles and ravines sculpted by time from the bare earth and rock. This is the territory Leonardo da Vinci depicted in his backgrounds, a spectacular land speckled with charming medieval hamlets and lush farmland.

Small, yet luxurious, this secluded country house is only for two and features an exclusive above-ground swimming pool (5,5 m x 2,8 m, depth 120 cm) and a private SPA.
Totally isolated in the greenery and peace of the Florentine Chianti countryside, the house is, however, conveniently close to a restaurant (at 3 km) and to the hamlet of Leccio (at 4 km) which has all first necessity shops.
Surrounded by 880 sq m of garden, with solarium and barbecue, the villa features a large veranda, perfect for al-fresco dining, and is split on three levels. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine) with a dining area, a living room with decorative fireplace, Sat TV and a two-piece bathroom. In the basement, there is a private Spa with a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath and a shower, whereas up on the first floor there is the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a hairdryer.
