The bungalow is completeley detatched with its own private back garden to unwind in. There is also free parking available on the driveway and also further on-street parking if needed. The living room is combined with the dining room to be open plan and spacious. The dining room also connects through to the conservatory which gives access into the back garden! There is a smart TV and free WiFi available. and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, grill and hob.
The bungalow can accommodate up to 7 guests in the 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have been setup with twin beds but these can be combined to make double beds upon request. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and also has a single bed available as well. The bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a separate bath.
The bungalow benefits from the conservatory which gives access to the private back garden. The back garden can also be accessed via a gate at the side of the house.
Located in the quiet village of Dairsie, Shades is in a quiet village street but well situated to join the main roads and bus routes that connect Fife and Dundee. You can even go by train to Edinburgh! You are also just a 5-minute drive to the market town of Cupar, 15-minute drive into St. Andrews and the famous Craigtoon Park, 20-minute drive to Tayport & Tentsmuir Forest & 25 minutes across the bridge to Dundee with the famous V & A Museum and Discovery Point with its 3 masted ship among its attractions! We have a total of 16 world class golf courses withing 10 miles of the property, including the Old Course, home of golf, and Carnoustie is just a few miles further away! Just 15 minutes' walk from the property is the river Eden with some dedicated fishing spots! The property also benefits from having electric bikes available to hire. St. Andrews is about 35 minutes on the bikes and allows you to beat the traffic, especially during this year's Open Competition, and lets you get out and explore more in the open air! Get in touch when you book to arrange this! With St. Andrews, Tentsmuir Forest, Guardbridge, Strathkinness and Cupar within cycling distance why not leave the car behind and enjoy the area on an e bike. These have a maximum range of 60 miles and you can even ride to Guardbridge, St Andews and Cupar all on the paths and cycle paths! IMPORTANT
Please note the house is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this house, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
