CONTRACTUAL NOTICE AND GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

1. Seasonal Rental Agreement and Security Deposit
At check‑in, a short‑term lease agreement will be signed, and a refundable security deposit will be established. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 90 days after check‑out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
The deposit amount will be calculated individually upon receipt of the booking request, depending on the season and the rates applicable to the stay period requested by the guest.
For stays exceeding 32 days, the deposit amount may be adjusted in accordance with current urban leasing regulations.

2. Permitted Use of the Property
The apartment is rented exclusively for tourist accommodation and private residential use. Any commercial use, advertising, filming, professional photography, events, photo shoots, or similar activities are strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from the owner.

3. Acceptance
Making a reservation through Airbnb implies full acceptance of these terms, which are governed by the Urban Leases Act (LAU) and applicable local regulations.
