Bedroom two and the loft offer flat screen TV s, and bunk beds, with twin over twin bunk bed in the loft, and a long twin over queen in bedroom number two.

Bedroom three is furnished with a queen bed and dresser along with a flat screen TV This bedroom features a sliding glass door that opens to a patio with a private hot tub.

If you know Mammoth, you know the challenge of winter parking, and you ll really appreciate the private 2-car garage with large storage room for toys and snow gear. Entry through either the front door or garage routes through the large mudroom, along with the washer and dryer for convenient access.

A short drive of bike ride will deliver you to Mammoth s lakes basin offering several beautiful lakes, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and of course the fresh mountain air. June Lake is just 20 minutes north, and you can enter Yosemite National Park just 40 minutes north of Mammoth.
