This beautiful complex offers wonderful amenities, including an elevated beachfront outdoor pool, hot tub, over 300 feet of direct sugar white sand beach and wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Don't miss the opportunity to stay beachfront in this cozy condo that is perfect for a romantic couples retreat!

This spectacular unit offers 600 square feet of living space with an open floor plan, boasting a contemporary beach-chic decor aesthetic, unique artwork and posh fabrics and finishes. The bedroom features a king bed with premium mattress, luxury linens and a flat screen TV. The living area hosts a flat screen TV, floor to ceiling glass windows/door which leads directly to the pool deck and the panoramic vistas of the Emerald Coast.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal, or you can grill up the day's fresh catch on the community charcoal grills (there are plenty of local seafood markets for those who prefer buying their gulf fare instead of catching it!) This well-equipped unit also features a washer/dryer, tile throughout, DVD player, premium TV channels, WIFI and a dedicated covered parking spot (a rare amenity in Perdido Key!)

The impressive master suite boasts a king bed with luxurious linens and a premium mattress, a large television and attached bath. The living room sofa can be converted into a queen sleeper affording comfortable accommodations for up to 4 throughout! Additional unit features include a full size washer and dryer, plush 100% oversize bath towel sets.

From the previous pictures that were on here I thought it was a private balcony but when I got there I realized people were walking by and looking in. There were no chairs to sit in outside. It wasnā€™t very comfortable but was clean. You might as well get a hotel and not pay all the extra fees. I spent over an hour talking to Vrbo and got nowhere.

Quick retreat

My husband and I stayed 3 nights and this unit was a perfect stay for a cheaper, quick visit. Great location and beach front view. Nice to be at the end unit. We borrowed chairs from the pool area on same deck. Deck is not private, but shared. Condo very clean. Mattress sagged and definitely needs relaced. Overall very nice unit.

Perfect beach front condo!

This condo was wonderful! Right on the beach on the first floor (of rooms). Easy access to everything! Pool was right outside of the balcony door and beach access and parking was great. Perfect for small family, couple or friends.

Great Times at Windemere Perdido Key

We had a great time on our beach vaca at Windemere! The unit was perfect for our little family! Our particular unit had a "studio" set up, but it was perfect for us. Everything was clean and the beach was super accessible. Great stay!

Short stay with a some disappointment

Overall the actual condo was very nice. Perfect for a single, couple or couple with 1 or 2 small children. 3rd floor location with balcony access to pool. My unfortunates... 1)parking was tight. Thankfully was an assigned spot. Not sure i would drive my truck but smaller SUV or car is perfect. 2)I put this on management company. Only reason did this was for my mom. Mobility is an issue.i wanted her to sit on balcony and enjoy the beach, waves and sun. Not able to do this. Received call an hour and half before check in that a door had to be replaced. Would call me in an hour to advise the time will be fixed...called in at 330 to see if door would create check in issue was advised no but could not check in then..at 4 got the go ahead text. Got in and saw the sign not to open door...never heard another world after that. Mother had to sit inside and peer out the windows...she still enjoyed the view and i could have gotten her outside but it would have involved navigation through wet pool deck and kids playing. Just wasnt feasible and a risk. Just wish had received a call to say would not be fixed during visit. Sole reason of the trip was access to balcony for my mother... Hopeful is fixed for next group and mangement company doesnt forget needs fixed..

Such a great trip.

Our stay was awesome. The only issue was there was not a roll away bed and the 2 air matresses they brought us didnt hold air. If my kids would have been willing to share a bed not a hig deal, and we just had our youngest sleep with us. Location to the beach was amazing. It would have been even better if they werent so stingy with only 1 roll of TP and 2 trash bags though. Would come back for sure.

Perdido Key - Spring Break '23

The condo is well located between Pensacola & Orange Beach. We liked it because there were many other families there and it didn't seem to be a party spot. The property is freshly remodeled and was very clean at check-in. The beach access couldn't be easier and the view of the beach from the unit is amazing. We woke up many mornings to dolphins swimming across the water!

Thanksgiving holiday at Perdido Key

My wife and I were in the area visiting family for Thanksgiving. This condo was clean and nice and fit our needs for this 3 night trip. It had a beautiful view of the beach. If you are planning to rent this unit, make sure you realize that it is an open floor plan. The building it is in is called Windemere and it is aging and needs to be significant updates.

Great Stay Beautiful Place, but no balcony.

Thia was an incredible stay, on the same story as the pool. Please be aware, that being on the same level as the pool it is one of the few condos without a private balcony.

We have fallen in love with this place! The apartment is super equipped, clean, comfortable, modern and warm at the same time! the view!!!!! beautiful beach, sunrise, sunset! We all liked the pool!!! and the communication with the managers was 100%!! We will be back in the summer!!!

annual girls' trip with my daughter

My daughter and I have stayed in this unit for several years and we love it. It's a corner unit, so it is very bright, which we love. It's small, but it's perfect for us. The kitchen is appointed with everything we need. The bed is super comfortable! We love that we can easily walk to dinner, after a lazy day of lying on the beach. Honestly, we love the unit, the location and Period Key!!!

Fantastic Stay

This was a very nice condo! Very clean and decorated nice. We are a family of 3 and itā€™s perfect for a small family. We would definitely stay again. We loved waking up to the beach each morning. The Windermere building was nice as well.

Wonderful condo with a perfect beachfront setting!! Couldnā€™t ask for better access to the private beach. We will be back but may stay in little larger condo next time.

Couple getaway

Perfect condo for a couple. Only negative we talked about was the balcony is open across the 3rd floor (no privacy) but it is convenient if you wanna take a dip in the pool. Beach was nice a quiet! I would recommend and weā€™ll be back.
