Relax and enjoy the experience of hot sun, white sand and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view from this 4th floor balcony allows the greatest beginning and end to any day from watching the dolphins at sunrise to the most beautiful sunsets to end a perfect day call us

All Spring, Summer and Fall rentals are booked from Saturday to Saturday only.

This location sleeps with king size bedroom, 2 bunk beds within the unit and a pullout sofa bed.

Conveniently located accross the street is new shopping center that includes beach goods, clothing and dining.

This location was wonderful. The Condo is nice and the host/owner, Jack was exceptional in his communication and responsiveness. My husband and I were visiting from Alaska. We would love to return to Perdido Key and this lovely condo.Thank you for a lovely stay. Recommend this place. Here is my PRO list: -Large balcony with Great views & beautiful beach-Perdido Key beach is nice for families or couples-soft white sand beaches - stunning-Lovely Updated decor- Spacious bathroom (no toiletries -bring your own)-Convenient Keyless entry-Elevator to the 4th floor-Parking was convient and safe -Close to Publix & local restaurants -Nicely appointed kitchen for cooking- no spices -Charcoal grill available (we did not use) -Pool bathrooms were clean and convenient-Fitness center had good basic equipment & AC :)-recommend going out to the Salty Pearl & Perdido Key Seafood (also Jamie's food truck was delicious)- Johnson National Park is just down the road (but federal closure when we were there)CONNo beach towelsNo salt /pepperKing Mattress lumpy- needs replacing

We had a beautiful beach view from our balcony on the 4th floor. Enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning, listening to the ocean and watching the dolphins swim by. If had any questions about the condo Jack was always quick to respond. We would definitely book with him again.

Summer vac

It was wonderful and peaceful!!! The room was perfect for 2 people nice and close to restaurants and right on the beach!!! I cooked breakfast in the kitchen every morning and the cookware was perfect nonstick!!! Nice size bathroom! Beautiful area

Much needed vacation

The condo was beautiful and clean . Perfect location for a vacation. The pool wasn’t open when we arrived but Jack was quick to respond and answered all my questions and working on getting that took care of . Would definitely rent from Jack again .

What a disappointment

The pool was closed during our stay which wasn’t a big deal and the unit owner gave us a discount for it being closed. However, what they failed to tell us was that the decking was closed as well as the walkway to the beach. The only way to get to the beach and back was a "path" between the buildings. On our way back from the beach my wife fell and broke her hip and femur requiring extensive surgery and rehab. When I notified the unit owner, he offered a discounted rate for the next time we visit, which will never happen. After asking for the property manager's contact info, I was given an incorrect name and no contact info. I've tried to contact the unit owner again with no response. Very disappointed.

Perfect Condo!

My husband & I stayed for a week. The condo was exactly as described. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. We only cooked one night but unit is stocked with everything you need, minus spices. There are extra fans, which we use for white noise at night. The beach location is great, just steps from the unit. We actually enjoyed driving to Johnson Beach as there were less people and more shells. It’s only a couple miles from unit. The host was great, answered all questions quickly & great to work with. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect except for the construction noise all seven days grinding pounding starting before eight o’clock then pretty much all through the day off and on then sharing elevator with not the greatest odor of workers all week, it was a very nice condo but if I had known it was under construction I would have booked some where else

Best view loved it

So glad we found this beautiful view from this fourth floor condo in Perdido Key. I’d never heard of Perdido Key or visited and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with it. Communication and check in was super easy. For myself, I appreciated that it was updated with stainless steel appliances and uplifting beach colors and decor. It was flawless and we all appreciated and enjoyed our stay here. Also, just like the pictures we could indeed see lots of dolphins nearby in the ocean even from the kitchen table window view. The location is top notch and all restaurants, shopping and the National Naval Aviation museum was conveniently close. I’d be excited to stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

This cute little condo was perfect for my family and me to escape to for a quick last chance to the beach before school started. It’s right on the beach and was convenient to pop to and from the pool, as well as all the fabulous restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area! Our only semi complaint was the bed was a little reminiscent of a camp bed and had a bowl-like structure, so our sleep was a bit interrupted, but not enough to put any kind of damper on the vacation. The owner was very responsive, usually responding within an hour or two. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great little condo!

Loved the ocean view, the kitchen, bath were very clean. Just a quick few steps to the beach!!! Perfect for 2,-4 people, bunks were only large enough for small children to sleep.

Summer Fun

The property and views were beautiful! Just as the pictures indicated. The condo was ready early and the owner notified us that we could go ahead and check in which was extremely helpful. All appliances were in working order. While we were there they replaced the front door and the locks and the process was seamless and the communication about the process from the owner was great. Having it changed did not negatively impact our stay at all. The condo is beautiful and the building is being updated on the outside which was also handled well and did not disrupt our stay at all. The pool was nice and the beach easily accessible!!! Hope to stay there again in the near future!!!! Th aka Jack for sharing your amazing place with us!!!! Jack is the best!!

Disappointment

The condo was great, but the outside was getting a paint job and workers were all over. Inconvenienced by having to park across the street. The private beach laws were too restrictive. And was disappointed i was not allowed tomuse my metal detector...according to google. We did not l I ke the location of Perdido Key because there was very little close convenient shopping.
