It offers a relaxing, family friendly environment with a fitness facility, private swimming pool, beautiful grilling area, and steps from the beach! This CORNER unit offers a spacious living area with a flat screen, Smart HDTV and endless views of the Gulf. The condo has a beautiful kitchen, with all Stainless Steel appliances, regular coffee make, Keurig coffee maker, blender, etc... The couch has a Queen Sleeper, with a Memory Foam Mattress. The condo has Twin over Twin solid wood bunks. The master has a King Size, Top Rated Sealy Mattress. The balcony is equipped with expensive, PVC Patio Furniture, with breath taking views of the Emerald Green Gulf!

What a great getaway- October is the best time to visit the beach! The condo was perfect for our stay- clean, well decorated, and VERY comfortable bed! Mike was amazing to work with, giving us great recommendations for food and dolphin cruise!

Unobstructed ocean view. We watched dolphins swim by. Just a quick elevator ride downstairs and you are on the beach. Host was easy to contact and accommodating to our request. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We loved this property. It has a great location. The beach is not crowded as crowded as with larger properties. It is close to anything you would need. We had a great time here!

This is a hidden gem! A GREAT place to stay. great location! AMAZING property owner! Mike was awesome to deal with and made everything just super easy and very accommodating The place was VERY CLEAN! VERY comfortable! We LOVED staying here and will come back and stay again!

Beautiful clean condo with amazing view

One of the best vacations we have ever booked. The condo has a beautiful view and it’s not in a huge building so we had plenty of beach space to sit and not be on top of each other. Ike’s chair rentals was fantastic highly recommended using them . The owner was great to work with gave us all kinds of useful info on where to go. Super clean condo will definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Very response and informative property owner. Condo was very clean and comfortable for a couple or family with small children. Across the street from very good restaurants and grocery 5 minutes away. Condo boardwalk extremely close to the beach which was very convenient. Ike’s beach umbrella and chair rental was amazing. We will be happy to stay again!😀

Very Comfortable with close access to beach!

This was a very comfortable place to stay! The bed was great, and the kitchen was very nice. The description on the website was very accurate and it was decorated so nicely. I really loved sitting on the balcony and the view was spectacular! One thing I especially loved was the access to the beach. The walkway was longer and so it made the walk to the water much shorter, which helped since I walk with a cane. Thank you, Mike!

Cozy condo with incredible view!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in this lovely, cozy condo, which is perfect for a couple’s getaway or small family. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable king bed, lots of little amenities from soap, Q-tips, and baby powder to remove sand, as well as being 1 minute from the beach, made our stay relaxing and perfect. We chose this corner unit because of the views, and they were incredible! Michael, the owner, was very helpful and friendly in answering questions and giving recommendations for restaurants, beach service, etc. I highly recommend this rental - we will definitely be back!

Gorgeous Views

This is the fifth year my husband and I have stayed at Perdido Skye yet our first time staying in this unit, and it did not disappoint. The views from the corner unit are unbeaten. The unit was clean and very well equipped. Mike was responsive and was actually the first host that has ever contacted us to ensure we got the most out of our time in Perdido Key. All furnishings are very comfortable, including the bed. We will definitely book another stay in this beautiful unit!

Exactly what I was looking for

The rental was clean and tidy, location was perfect. Host Mike was extremely helpful( He gave me the run down on all the local and area stuff to do nearby. He also helpful resource with any thing you needed, offering and willing to help. Would definitely rent from him again.
