AMAZING oceanfront views! Beautiful 3 Bedroom Condo in Tiara Sands, Mazatlan!

Tiara Sands is located on the Cerritos Beach area of Mazatlan. The Building is in the shape of the letter U. #411 is smack dab on the OCEAN on the forth floor, left side at the top of that letter U! #411 has a very large veranda and a second balcony off of the Master Bedroom with views up and down the beach with no one on directly on either side. In the middle of Tiara Sands is the courtyard and XL pool and spa tub. Tiara Sands was developed by a Canadian developer and thus the vast majority of home owners are from Canada and the US. Tiara Sands has an excellent FT staff and is a few steps from the bus and taxi stop. Tiara Sands is also very convenient to the new Walmart La' Marina, the Gallerias Mall and Movie theaters. The beach next to us is 5 km long from end to end and offers a beautiful walk on the shoreline. There is also a gymnasium and large pool deck at Tiara Sands. Our condo #411 has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a very comfortable King Bed, walk in closet and features marble bathroom and large shower as does the second bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed, and a Queen/single bunk set. The third bedroom is a Queen bed and all have ample closet and storage space. There is in-suite laundry.

The kitchen and dining area are granite, with cedar cabinets and with high-end Stainless GE Monogram appliances. We even have a top end Kitchen aid blender for smoothies. There is also a stereo, WiFi and 46 inch HD flat screen TV. The furnishings are leather, granite and wood.I am certain that you will enjoy your stay at our place. We always have, it is a favorite place to go.

There is a pool and Jacuzzi on the premises and an elevator.
Also, there is a wide ample deck with beach chairs where you can enjoy sunbathing, sounds of the waves and a sense of exclusivity all year round. During the winter and spring, management creates a ramp to have direct access to the beach but during the summer and fall, the ramp is removed because the sand gets inundated with rocks. The only access to the beach would be two blocks down during the summer and fall.

Love this Place!!

This is the second time we've stayed at Tiara Sands and we plan on returning hopefully next year. It's beautiful, quiet, clean, and the tenants are all very nice. The property manager Carlo is very helpful and he checks in on us to make sure all is ok. Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable.

Great place...

Exceptional environment, great staff on the premises. Was definitely to noisy for our liking due to major construction projects all around us. Access to the beach from the condo complex was not available for 2 months.....The unit definitely needs refreshed appliances. But the view during sunset kind of compensated for these inconveniences....

Our stay was going well until thunderstorms striked & elevator was inoperative. So we arrived wednesday and by saturday elevator was out of commission, making it extremely hard to go up /down especially with our handicap person being on the 4th flooor it was no easy task. Staff at the property were of no help they kept saying that the tech would come fix it when ever they had a chance. But since they wanted it to go through warranty it would take aome time šŸ˜”. Which doesnā€™t make sense when you have guests that need to use the elevator. The problem was never solved during our remaining stay. 7 days carrying a handicap person up/down stairwell was extremely hard,tiring and exhausting, we tried having fun but we dreaded leaving and or coming back to the property since we knew it was going to be a hard task with our 65 year old handicap father. So very nice place to visit (Mazatlan) Tiara sands nice place but the elevator issue earned this a 1 star. We were very tired of going up/down the stairs with our dad which made this building and theyā€™re staff very unprofessional. Just because the owner wanted to save some money and preferred the guests to be suffering rather than enjoying their stay. Not what we expected to happen but we made it through. Really hard struggles through 7 days.

Awesome Ocean Front!

This property was a wonderful choice for a winter getaway. The property is in a great location, the amenities are complete, right on the beach and good restaurants close by. The condo is spacious with wonderful views of the sunset. It was overlooking the water and lovely to sit on the balcony with the sounds of the waves crashing. One afternoon we watched the dolphins swim by. We could easily walk to the beach. Beach accessories were provided. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Mazatlan.

It was perfect!

We were at Carlos property for 10 days. My wife and I, My son his girlfriend and their 7 months old son. Carlos (the property manager) was really helpful, you can ask him anything! We loved the place, the view is so nice and the sounds of the wave.... Highly recommended! The Morel's family

We spent a wonderful week relaxing. This is not a party atmosphere condo if that is what you are looking for. Many of the people that were there winter over from Canada. They were friendly and full of helpful tips. Before you go you should download the Uber App on your phone. We rode in Ariga's and Ubers for the most part. There is a Walmart/SAMS club 4 miles from the Condo or a Soriana (grocery store). There is a restaurant close by called CASA Laguna. Everyone kept telling us it was across the street. We would not find it but then one of the condo owners gave specific instructions on how to find it. It is BEAUTIFUL and the food was wonderful. A few places down there is a restaurant in on of the hotels and across the bay there is a restaurant in El Cid. All these places are within walking distance. You are also a hop skip and a jump from the Galleria Mall. It's a beautiful mall with 2 Cinemas. Both Cinemas are on the upper level on the same side. The people that maintain the condo were wonderful. We especially appreciated Juan. He speaks very little English but he was wonderful. The view from our condo was absolutely breath taking. There is no private beach but it doesn't take much to find one and the trade off of the view was well worth it. The actual condo itself was wonderful. Equipped with what you need, although I never did find an iron. I would stay here again and again.

Beautiful condo with spectacular view

After this experience we will never go to hotel again. We felt more relaxed, slept perfectly, so quiet and you donā€™t feel pressured to have to do something. Everything in this condo is great. It is nicely decorated, the linen and towels were good and plenty. It was great having a washer and dryer. We made breakfast every-morning and enjoyed the beginning of the day sitting on the deck. The air worked great for the hot nights and my family had the best trip me ever.

This stay was great! One of the best trips I've had so far. The whole place looked great and all the features worked great. It had a real comfortable feel to it almost like being back home in Texas. Cant wait to go back.
