Perfect View

We rented the condo with the Carnaval Celebration / Parade in mind. The condo is beautiful with a clear view of the Melacon and beach/ocean. Abundant food options close by, but also easy dine-in with full kitchen. Great manager; easy to work with and available. Yes - we would rent again and recommend it to without hesitation.

Perfect Stay!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is very nice, modern, and is in excellent condition. The noise from the streets can be a little noisy, but I personally didnā€™t mind it much. You can hear the waves in the morning which was nice and relaxing. The building is in an excellent location and the roof top gives a beautiful view of the malecĆ³n! MarĆ­a Elena was great too! She is very friendly and helpful and is always easily accessible.

Clean & spacious

Condo was clean and comfortable. Location excellent other than traffic noise which goes well into the night. Some condos have master in back of unit which might be a better choice. Condos are not well appointed if you plan on cooking. For example we had no cutting knives. Only one steak knife and only two wine glasses which makes it hard to entertain guests. Add a few more kitchen items and youā€™ll have a much better place for folks to enjoy.

In real estate, its all about location, and there could not be a better located unit. Fairly close to old Mazatlan (easy cab ride, about $3, and there are endless cabs cruising up and down at all hours), and right across the street from the beach, this unit had it all. Make sure you visit the food places on the beach, right across the street, for incredible mariscos! There was a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, and an OXXO a couple blocks away and a Ley grocery store about a half mile (50 pesos each way cab), so we cooked breakfast each day at the place. All nights were spent hanging out on the balcony, watching the endless stream of cars and people walking along the malecon, and checking out the amazing sunsets. As far as the interior of the unit, in most cases, the real thing is not as good as the pictures; it is the opposite with this rental. The furnishings are quite nice, and the pictures do not do it justice. The main bedroom shares the balcony with the living room, and the bedroom in the rear of the unit has the two twin beds and on-suite bathroom. The management at the place was responsive, polite, and professional, so that was nice too. Overall, it was top notch! The only negative (if you view it that way) is noise. The streetside location is a double-edged sword, because there is lots of traffic and all cabs seem to be blaring music. This all contributes to the overall vibe and is great for people watching. The noise, of course is just a side effect of that and didn't bother us, but if you are looking for quiet and tranquility this place isn't it. This could be improved by installing some sound/light blocking curtains, as the room was quite bright at all times because of the streetlights or the sun. I would definitely stay here again!

Good with some issues

The location is on point! Amazing views! The noise from the street is crazy though! When we arrived, it was after 5 pm. The property wasnā€™t cleaned and we had to wait over an hour. We hung out on the 9th floor near the pool but were tired and ready to get to our condo. We finally just went to the condo and they were still in there cleaning. It wasnā€™t cleaned well by any means. We had major issues with hot water for the first several days of our stay. Cold showers for real! Finally Sam was able to fix that issue. They donā€™t give you extra towels or toilet paper unless you ask. There were numerous issues that by the end of the stay were worked out, but it did cause a bit of a damper on the trip. I was surprised that Sam didnā€™t give us a discount or reimbursement for the issues. I would recommend this location because it is a great location with beautiful views. But make sure you bring ear plugs. They have one tv so no tvā€™s in the bedrooms. Sam is a nice guy and isnā€™t usually the one you deal with. It was nice to have the opportunity to meet him and visit, but he needs to fix some issues. Also I recommend he get tvā€™s in each room.

Perfectly located with a beautiful view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ElAriss 620. The staff were very helpful, the unit spacious and the view to die for. The comments about the traffic noise are correct but that just means you are in the heart of the action. We would stay here again.

The location was great. We were within walking distance of many attractions. From the balcony we overlooked the Good Friday parade and enjoyed spending time with all the people on the beach during the Easter Celebration.
