Magnificent modern Mexican Style Oceanfront Condo! This brand new 9th Floor Condo in Pearl Tower Mazatlán offers unobstructed oceanfront views of one of the most beautiful quiet beaches in the area from the living, dining, kitchen, and master bedroom areas. Open floor with spacious dining area and living room. Sit on the oversized balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean, take a walk on the beach, lounge by the pool, have a massage, sit in the sauna, or exercise in the fully equipped oceanfront Gym. Just imagine going to bed and waking up with the sound of the ocean. Or even better, watching the sunset from you own living-dining room and kitchen. Breathtaking!!!
24-hour security. There are restaurants within walking distance by the beach. This condo is located very close to the mall, cinema, Walmart, and Sam’s Club. There is no need for a car as there are plenty of taxis in the area and the cost is very affordable. Activities and Attractions in Mazatlan Pacific Coast:
10 min. drive where you can find shops, restaurants, beachfront hotels, and nightlife. Ocean activities are readily available like, swimming, kayaking, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours, and much more. Easy access to Mazatlan’s cabs "pulmonias" and buses.

We had a wonderful time. Our host Judy gave us clear directions with the Property Manager Gil who was amazing. The Condo was great. with beautiful views. The only downside was the pool was often busy and not many spots available if you got there late.

Like all others, we really enjoyed the view which is phenomenal. The pool is fantastic and we miss it already. The condo was lovely. Our favourite part of the stay was the beautiful beach. It was great for long walks. A couple of little suggestions would be to have a small cooler for taking drinks to the pool or beach as well as regular sized beach chairs, rather than the short chairs, for us older folks! We really loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, on the quiet end of town. The view is astounding! Gil made the check in very easy and arranged our transportation back to the airport on our departure. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolute paradise

We enjoyed our stay in Judy's condo so much! The location is perfect if you are after a relaxing vacation. If you need a little more action, the golden zone is a quick ride away. The balcony on this condo is huge, and offers the best views, especially of sunset. This condo will not disappoint. Thanks Judy and Gill!

Cerritos Beach

A wonderful week and beautiful location. Our host contacted us immediately, when a problem was identified. Ha, she had to tell me to turn the faucet to the right for hot water, my bad! Cerritos beach is beautiful and quiet, at least in November. We rode public transportation to the Mercado and around Mazatlan. We will return!!!

Awesome!

Loved every minute! Beautiful, clean, well-maintained modern condo. Nice quiet location with great views. On-site staff very helpful and friendly. Driver recommended by owner was outstanding, punctual, reliable and patient. Nicest place we've stayed in many trips to Mazatlan. Thank you Judy. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Beautiful, comfortable & Amazing!

My husband & I stayed in Judy’s beautiful condo for 10 days. The condo has everything you need to feel comfortable including a very comfy king size bed. The huge patio w incredible view is breathtaking. You can tell that Judy puts a lot of care and detail into making the whole process easy and comfortable. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved our stay in Mazatlan and can’t wait to return .

Gorgeous view

Nothing beats being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean! Cute one bedroom condo located in a very quiet section of Mazatlan. Condo was as described…. Only downside is the TV is in the bedroom not the living room so if one of you is looking to stay up a bit later it doesn’t work. The beach is one of the better ones and you can walk the whole thing.

Wonderful Stay

This was our second stay at this wonderful condominium unit. Judy answered all our questions before we arrived. Gil, the onsite manager, met us on arrival and even arranged for our ride back to the airport upon departure. The unit was very clean and we especially enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the furnished balcony each day. Security and staff were always friendly and the green bus schedule was quite handy. Excellent stay

Nothing beats coffee in the morning on a huge deck overlooking the beach and ocean! This condo is perfect - fabulous views from floor to ceiling windows- very comfortable furniture, beautiful pool area, and with easy access to local transportation. The on site staff are great. The gym overlooking the pool area is well equipped and we used it daily. Wifi was fast and reliable. Judy was great to work with - responded quickly and even left some cold cervaza and limes in the fridge for us. We highly recommend this unit and the Pearl Tower for a great beach front vacation in Mazatlan!

Quiet Luxury

My husband and I stayed for a week and were most impressed by the efficient management of this condo.Judy in the US and Gil in Mazatlan are available to answer questions as are the happy and helpful staff at Pearl Tower. The beach is magnificent directly in front of the condo. The infinity pool is a sight to behold and often empty. The pictures online can’t truely describe what a wonderful spot this is. We will recommend this listing to our friends. Thanks Judy!

Best view I have experienced on vacation 😊

Such an enjoyable place! Coffee on the deck in the morning with our binoculars to look at all the boats and goings on up and down the beach! We were pleasantly surprised that there were beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for use. Pool was beautiful! The hotel next door (Mayan Palace) drinks and food were available by a waiter who comes over to the Pearl Tower. Restaurant s Palapas and Mr Lionoso are good and a walk if you are walkers! Taxis were very available while on the Main Street as well. We stayed in the Golden Zone a few days prior and the Pearl Tower unit was a welcome relaxing place to stay for the rest of our trip! Thank you Judy and Gil!

Very enjoyable and relaxing

Property wasn’t cleaned to our expectations. Bed sheets had worn out elastic on bottom sheet and didn’t stay on the bed. Had an initial issue with AC but manager addressed it quickly. Everything else was excellent.

Oceanfront and sunshine. Great escape from Canadian Winters

We only managed to get in 2 out of 3 months due to COVID. However Judy worked with us to arrange a mutually agreeable refund when we had to return to Canada early. We love this apartment it allowed us to safely distance from everyone. We walked the beach, sunbathed on the deck, worked out in the gym and only visited the restaurants that were adhering to COVID restrictions. All in all we felt safe grocery shopping and taking the bus as everyone was wearing a mask. Thoroughly enjoyable vacation.

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Mazatlan Condo

Just loved Judy's Condo. Spectacular views. Comfort all around. Beautiful decor. Everything you need for a great vacation. The bed was so comfy and nice plush towels. Well equipped kitchen. The ocean was great for swimming and the infinity pool was so nice. Judy's property manager Gil was most helpful in making arrangements for our return ride to the airport with Gabino a very fine young man. This was our first time to Mazatlan and we really enjoyed our stay. The New Mazatlan and the Old Mazatlan has lots to offer. We felt very safe everywhere we went. Will we come back ? Absolutley !!!! And we would definitely love to stay at Judy's Condo again. Thank you for your wonderful place to stay. We hope to be there again soon. Jeanne & Bruce

Relaxing location on the beach

We had a wonderful time at this location. The view was amazing. For a few pesos you can hail and take the green bus to the busy downtown area. There are places to eat and shop with a short walk from the property. Gil was always available and willing to dispel any issues with haste. Though there was one issue we weren't told. That was to check-in at the desk for bracelets for the pool area. A very crabby man bothered my wife as if she was just walking our daughter through the private area from the outside. This same guard was a jerk when we were quickly trying to take our Uber. I don't understand the security issue of someone leaving property clearly with luggage for a flight. All the other guards were polite and gave suggestions to places to eat, etc. Other than that. We really love the area. We highly recommend this condo, and we want to come back soon!

Beautiful property

The condo was as listed except Im not sure about the 1100 square feet unless your counting the balcony which isn't living space. All else in the property was spectacular. The view, the ocean, the infinity pool and jacuzzi were marvelous. The staff was extremely friendly and Victor was very helpful. The location was not so great as transportation was not readily available. The next time we visit we will rent a car. On the downside the 3rd night we were there a tropical storm hit Cerritos and the electricity was out and the wi/fi. The electricity was quickly restored but the wi/fi was out for our remainder of our trip This certainly wasn't Judy's fault. She did het best to try to accommodate us but it was very inconvenient as we were unable to find new places we wanted to visit. It really helped to have the Mayan Resort next door. Since we had traveled Mazatlan before we went to places we had already visited on previous trips. Overall it was a great trip and the property and staff are definitely 5 star. The wifi situation and slowness of transportation prevented me from giving it a overall 5 star rating.

Great stay, bad week

Overall, it was a great stay. There were a few things throughout the week that happened. We did not have water upon arrival at around 2pm. It wasn't back on until 10:30 that night. There was an ant issue in the kitchen and in the front room, but we were told that someone would spray. However, when the people were supposed to spray the electricity was out the next day after a storm. The electricity was out the entire day and restored that night with a generator. Following that, the cable was out the next day when we returned from sight seeing and stayed out till the next morning. Despite all the adversities, this was one of the best trips we have taken! The staff did everything they could to stay on top of everything and get things situated. Everyone continued to work until the water and electricity issues were solved. There are plenty of tours, restaurants and sights to keep you busy. There is also an infinity pool with the best view to keep you cool and the patio view offers some of the best sunsets daily. The room was clean, with a super comfy bed and patio furniture. Pearl Tower may have been having an off week, but we enjoyed ourselves fully. We will definitely be visiting again.

We are from California and always had a desire to own a property by the beach. Well, it was kind of impossible for us to own beachfront real state here in California; thus decided to purchase in beautiful Mazatlan. It's a lovely property.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Mazatlan has a lot to offer, from history to beautiful beachfront real state. Pearl Tower is located in the most upscale area and most beautiful beaches. The location is perfect as you have long beach walks to the South and to the North side of the building. There is no need for a car rental as the buses take you everywhere such as the beautiful historic town, touristic Golden Zone, and scenery coastal areas. You can also catch a taxi ("pulmonia") from anywhere in the town.
