Welcome to Fun In The Sun!  The crescent-shaped resort is nestled on the emerald green waters and shimmering sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This owner has spared no expense in making sure you have everything you need right down to the smallest detail. The huge Gulf front balcony overlooks the pool and offers ample seating for everyone. The open floor plan is great for entertaining and the convenient location of this resort means you're just minutes to shopping, dining, and all the areas entertainment venues. BEACH CHAIRS & AN UMBRELLA IS INCLUDED WITH THIS HOME (MARCH - OCT). For larger groups, this home can be rented along with #202 and #206. The kitchen comes well stocked with everything you would need to create your culinary creations.

We have also partnered with Live Well 30A to give our guests discounted beach gear rentals & concierge services, such as bike rentals, private chefs, fishing charters, golf cart rentals, and airport shuttles. Please reach out to our office to get your discount.

I did not receive my check in directions and everyone was gone at the property when I arrived. Very stressful because I did not have any codes.

Great Property

This property was extremely clean with quality appointments. It was spacious for our family of five but could easily accommodate a larger group. It was so close to restaurants and stores - you could even chose to walk to some. Beach access and beach service were great. We were very happy to have booked this condo.

Quick getaway

Condo and location were awesome! Would stay again. Condo was well appointed and as described. Only issue we had wasn’t the condos fault. The cleaning crew showed up 45 minutes before checkout time and hovered and looked in windows.

Great view

Had a nice week in this unit with family. The place is nicely and smartly furnished. Excellent view of gulf and pool. Responsive and pleasant property management. The private beach is a plus. We definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect location

The condo was very clean and decorated perfectly. Amazing location to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. The only thing I would add is it would be helpful to have a few more garbage bags, rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Leads to a cleaner stay without having to run to the store on the second day. Would stay here again!

Everything was so easy to get to. Beach was right there. View from the condo was Amazing. They had everything we needed in the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I swore I already reviewed this but I’ll do it again. The condo itself was fine. No issues with my room. But the pool was hot as **** when every other condominiums pools next to y’all were not. Big let down. The rules for your chair rentals went from first come first serve to reservations first without warning. No one ever offered us a chance to reserve chairs. Your system for letting us know the room is ready is a joke. You don’t text when it’s ready, you only text if there’s a delay. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen, and there’s no way you can’t communicate with your cleaning crews to notify us when we can enter our room. We bring food in coolers and it all **** near melted. Your elevators are busted from the tiles all the way up to the lights. You have loose wires hanging off of the fire suppression system in your garage that I’m sure a fire marshal would have a field day with. I’ve stayed there twice before in my life. But I doubt I’ll come back to the crescent. And I definitely won’t use blue swell anymore.

Unit 213 is great, beautifully decorated, has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and thew views are amazing! We did have a few issues with the washing machine, and couch breaking but management was fairly quick to remedy the issues. We would rent this unit again! Note: we always enjoy sectionals as they are comfortable and hold more people. :)

Beautiful condo with view of pool & gulf

Wonderful stay in this 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo with washer-dryer. Condo decor was impressive. Kitchen well stocked and included a Keurig. Balcony had comfortable seating. Close to Winn-Dixie and Silver Sands Outket Mall. Would definitely return to this condo!
