Indoor Areas
The 600m2 property spreads in three levels and can comfortably accommodate 14 guests and up to 16 if needed. Built with the utmost comfort of our guests in mind, the seven en-suite bedrooms, two pools (one heated), spa area with hot tub and sauna and two kitchens offer privacy among your group when you need it.

Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Alveo Del Mare covers 1350 m2 and offers ample space for all guests to relax and unwind all day long. The facilities include:
- A stunning, private, 250m2 50 meter long swimming pool (1,00 - 1,60 m deep) that runs along the full length of the property and offers swim-up access to three of the ground floor bedrooms and is equipped with five in-pool double day beds (1 m deep). An outdoor shower is also available.
- A private, 36 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,60 m deep with step access that can also be heated upon advance request with a daily charge which can be accessed from the first floor. This pool area is equipped with a large corner sofa and 4 sun beds.
- ?utdoor dining area for 14 guests. The structure of the building expands to the outdoors, providing natural shade to the outdoor dining area.
- Large lawn covered areas with plants and trees are ideal for the kids to play, while the ping pong table will keep them entertained.

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests.

*Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.
