A relaxing apartment with beach view available in Vallarta. Perfect pad ideally located in Zona Hotelera where you will be a short taxi drive from the Airport & The Malecon. Cinema, Shops (La Isla) and Restaurants are a just short walk, including the famous "La Leche Restaurant". The flat has a small kitchen for basic cooking, Air Conditioning (AC), two double beds separated by a thin wall to give each other a bit of privacy. If you are a digital nomad, you will enjoy Free Wifi (23Mo Download, 2.8Mo Upload), a small desk and free 24¨ computer monitors (monitors only available for rental of at least 2 weeks). We are happy to give a discount on long term rental. Cleaning can be arranged weekly at a cost of 35 USD. We look forward to receiving you

Enjoyable month stay

Enjoyed the month the March. Weather was great the view was incredable. The condo was clean and well maintained and the host Hector was excellent making check in and out a breese. Unbeatable views

This is an economical choice with excellent value for anyone who wants to enjoy one of the best views in of the bay. It was super clean, had cold AC, a wonderful shower and a thoughtful welcome basket of fruits and drinks. The only reason I can't give this place 5 stars is that the bed needs to be replaced. When the bed is replaced, I will definitely return.

The view was incredible.

Everything was great except for not having access to the pool and to the beach! Had a 10 minute walk to the beach and had to carry all of our beach chairs and umbrella! We only stayed a week and we were busy anyway so we did what we had to do!

Beautiful Vista

This was a very lovely place. Clean and on-site management for questions. The only thing I would suggest is that the coordination with resort options be clear on a page in the room. Trying to figure out what we could and could not do took a bit of conversation with front desk and not all at the front desk were completely clear on the process. However, we did figure it out and the option to pay or not pay for the resort activities was great as we primarily went for the locale vs. resort activities.

Ocean views

This condo was perfect for our needs. Great ocean views and a nice balcony where we spent a great deal of time just hanging out watching whales and enjoying the sun! The host was quick to respond to any of our questions and any issues were dealt with immediately.The only complaint would be is that the beds aren’t the most comfortable and should be replaced other than that a great place and convenient to transportation, shopping. and other activities. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The welcoming fruit tray was such a nice surprise and the cold drinks in the fridge were so welcoming after a long travel day!! Thank you!

The check in was a bit confusing as not told that we had to go to a rental office on lower floor to check in and get keys. Then not told we had to go check in as well at hotel desk. But we did get it all done eventually. The pictures on the listing are not correct as condo has new kitch

More than a room with a view

My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment for 15 glorious days over Christmas and News Years. We rang in 2025 with an amazing view of the Bay of Banderas. The modern kitchen has everything a person needs to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable. The middle bedroom’s sheets could have been better as they were thin and showed wear. Towels were luxurious and clean. The modern shower was delightful. Francisco the property manager made sure that we had everything we needed. The back element on the 2 burner stove wasn’t working and there was an electric 2 burner back up stove stored under the sink. I highly recommend that you stay here even though the rental only is to use the apartment. You are not allowed to enter the “all inclusive resort” unless you purchase a day pass. We were happy to stay in the apartment or go out and about in the community.

Great pics, not so great logistics...

First off, I want to say that Jeremy and his crew were great to work with! The ONLY hiccup was the check-in process and time. The condo is on an all-inclusive property and they have very strict rules about their own guests' arrival times. We were held at the gate and then went to a local mall with our luggage waiting for the allowed check-in time to get sorted. We were eventually allowed to check-in early. We also had to wear white wristbands for the entire 2 weeks to make sure we did not use any of the resort amenities. One of those amenities is the walkway directly to that great looking beach. There is no direct route to the beach! It is a 12 or so minute walk out of the property, along the road or mall, and then back down a public walk way to the sand and surf. Once you get there, you can't use the pool, the chairs or umbrella's or get a cocktail from the resort either. It is probably in the listing, but it needs to be really clearly spelled out. Neighborhood is a grab bag. Nice malls very near by, but some of the streets are definitely busy and loud. We liked that there were food trucks, a grocery store, 3 theaters, a bar or two, and several restaurants. Use Uber for everything else. Jeremy provided some fruit and local libations upon arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The condo is plenty roomy for 2 and the kitchen/living room has that great view with a patio right there. Bottled water is provided, A/C works great, and the shower is great.

We decided to buy this flat to escape the city life of Guadalajara which is about 4 hours drive. This property was matching all the boxes: Apartment with a sea view. Apartment in perfect location (NO car needed, Restaurants, Shops, Cinemas within walking distance, Airport, Coach Station and Malecon within a few minutes drive)

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Having breakfast on the balcony with an amazing view of Bay of Banderas. Watching all the fireworks at night, almost everything night. (Vallarta is a Wedding destination). I like to come here not only for holidays but also to work . I open my laptop and glance over the screen everyone now and then to enjoy the fantastic view of the ocean. There is free wifi in the flat. And my reward after work is going for a swim in the ocean Ive been looking all day :)
