The apartment, located two floors below the street level and reachable going down a staircase inside the building, boasts a large living area with a dining room, a living room and an independent kitchen. The living room is directly connected to the dining room and is furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a cabinet with a TV. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, an espresso coffee machine and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a sofa, a dresser and a large closet with a mirror. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
