## Space

This traditional apartment has been renovated by the owners to create a bright and modern space where 4 guests can stay in 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and 1 sofa-bed with two single mattresses in the living room.

Besides the lounge area with sofa-bed, the living room has a dining table and small but fully equipped open kitchen. It also gives access to a balcony overlooking a small neighbourhood square with children's playground.

The apartment is located just 300 meters from Quarteira beach so you'll have your toes in the sand in under 5 minutes. It is surrounded by lots of small shops, (coffee) bars and restaurants and the weekly local market is just around the corner as well!

## Access

The apartment is all yours during your stay. Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator.

We mainly welcome 2 responsible couples or a family with 1 or 2 small children in this apartment. Due to the bed set-up and location, the apartment is not suitable for groups of friends. Parties and other disturbances are strictly not allowed in this residential building.

From one week before arrival, we'll send you our rental guide. This holds all useful information to help you arrive safely and much more. So please read it carefully before your arrival and let us know if you need anything or have any questions.

## Neighborhood

The apartment is located in Quarteira, where you have everything you need and more. With bars, shops, restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches on the Algarve. You can walk the whole length of the Quarteira beach, where you can sample many different foods, especially the fresh fish caught daily. You are a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach from the apartment. You can even walk into Vilamoura.

On the other side of Vilamoura, you have Falesia beach, which stretches all the way to Albufeira; this is a lovely walk with spectacular views of the ocean and cliffs.

This apartment is situated in the centre of the Algarve, giving you perfect access to explore the coastline from East to West.

The popular Aquashow Theme park is just a short drive from the apartment.

If you come to the Algarve regularly or it's your first time, this is the perfect place to relax or explore some of the beautiful Portuguese culture.

## Transit

There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But buses and trains do not go very often, and a (rental) car is recommended. Parking is mostly free in the surrounding streets and even though it's busy, a spot close to the apartment can usually be found.

## Notes

➤ Check-in time: 4 - 9 pm. Check-ins after 9pm need to be confirmed before arrival and might result in an extra fee of 30-50 euros depending on the arrival time, to be paid on arrival.
➤ Check-out time: before 10 am

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists' and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known short as SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival, we shall send you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us before arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
