This is a spacious two-story Condo. Downstairs is a very large Bedroom with two queen beds, a full bath, kitchen, dining area, and a large living room with a cathedral ceiling. There is also an inviting gas fireplace in the living room. Use the spiral staircase from the living room to the loft to get upstairs or you may take the main elevator to the fourth floor where the upstairs bedroom has a private entry.
Once upstairs, there is a very large second bedroom with two more queen beds and a private bath. The loft provides additional sleeping with a twin bunk bedroom set that overlooks the living room.
Enjoy the Gas Fireplace or glance out the large living room windows with a view of the village and the famed 'sky' chutes of the 10 Mile Range. Centrally located adjacent to The Burning Stones Plaza, you have immediate access to the 'best' that Copper Mountain has to offer. You are just steps away from the American Eagle high speed quad lift.
We completed an extensive remodel in 2022 to include a new kitchen, bathrooms, mattresses, pillow, bedding, flooring, paint, new lighting, fireplace, and some structural work to raise the ceiling to open the space.
Spruce Lodge is a short walk to the Copper Mountain Athletic Club where you enjoy all the facilities on pay per use basis. If the mountain doesn’t wear you out, you’re sure to get a workout at altitude. Enjoy a 25- yard pool, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms. The club also offers a full scale weight room with free weights, dumb bells, squat rack, cable machine, leg press, dip machines and more! The cardio room carries an assortment of stationary bikes, including Peloton, treadmills, elliptical, low impact body arc trainers, stair steppers, rowing machines kettle bell, aerobic steppers, ab workout equipment, and plenty of room to stretch before or after. The facility also features lockers, restrooms, and showers to complete your full-service gym experience.
