Ten Mile Haus A9 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium that Sleeps 8 people. The Master Bedroom contains a Queen Size Bed. There is another Queen Size Bed in the 2nd Bedroom. The 3rd bedroom Queen Size bed and Twin bunks. Amenities in this unit include free WiFi, a Gas burning Fireplace, TV, DVD player, and a Full Size Kitchen. This Ski-in/Walk-out condo is a short 3-5 minute walk to the American Eagle and Flyer Chair Lifts. The spacious 1,120 square foot floor plan allows plenty of room to relax in this beautiful residence. The building offers indoor parking, community laundry facilities, right on the Condo Access ski run! Ten Mile Haus A9 is ideal for families or groups who desire easy access to all that Copper Mountain's Center Village has to offer!| Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72670 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Amazing Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing experience with my family. We were 6 adults and the place was extremely comfortable. Set-up for boots, skis at the entrance was super practice. Kitchen was a great size and was stocked with a few necessities which we appreciated. Extremely clean upon arrival and check-in after hours was very well organized. 5 min walk to chairlift which was heavenly so lunches at the condo was Al practical and fun. Would most definitely recommend this place.

Family Weekend

Our group of 6 stayed from Thursday to Sunday. The location of the condo is good and a short walk, once you figure out the easiest way to center village. There is not an elevator, so that should be noted, but the layout of the condo is great for a group, clean and the kitchen is very well stocked with dishes/silverware. Would stay again for sure

Great location with easy access

The condo was easy to get in and out of. The location was exactly where I wanted it. Walk up a small hill and you are on the slope to the American Eagle. At teh end of the day, ski back. Full kitchen made it easy to plna meals.

In Need of Re-Model

THE BAD - This property is older and is need of upgrades (shower heads, bathroom vents, rugs, carpet, flooring, tubs, mattresses, bed comforters, hardwood floors, etc.). There is no closet storage in the bedrooms for suitcases; if there are closets, they are locked with owner stored supplies. Many lamps needed new bulbs, and there was limited light in the whole condo (no overhead lights in the bedrooms). The kitchen chairs are not extremely sturdy for heavier guests. A new front door and threshold with weather stripping are needed to limit the draft coming in from outside. No washer/dryer is included inside this unit, but there is a set of 2 washers/dryers downstairs for the complex if you are willing to brave the cold and snow (must have quarters - $1.00 for washers and $1.50 for dryers). The ice maker began working the day we left intermittently. THE GOOD - The heat works well! The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook any meal. The location is close to the Copper Mountain bus system as well. OVERALL - This condo really needs some more remodeling and TLC to compete with other units around the property.

Thank you for the notes. We have passed these on to the condo owner, we have had many guests who have stayed and loved this condo, so maybe personal preference on lighting and decor. We have also double checked lights and all are currently functional.

A few small detail: Parking for a second car is a little tricky. I don't think the on sight staff is clear on how copper vacations handles the extra need.Woodward activity center: I thought it was included as free. Its not, we paied each time we used it. It would be nice to have that included for free.Over all a great place!

Great location and well equipped kitchen

You can’t beat the location of one of these original Copper Mountain base properties. The kitchen is well equipped. The decor is a cozy ski theme as you might expect.

Good location, mediocre lodging

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location with easy access to Center Village. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchenware and furniture, too. But the patio door didn’t lock, and ALL of the windows were poor (one room didn’t close and was missing the crank handle, other rooms barely closed) and none of the curtains were large enough to span the windows, so the rooms were bright. The main-level bathtub/shower was in disrepair. The coffee maker seemed to be missing a piece that let the coffee drip into the carafe.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo needs to be updated with some newer furniture, 1st floor bath room, door seals, etc. For example, the front door seal had a bad draft coming though from outside. We had a ski topper on our SUV and couldn't keep it in the enclosed parking lot unless we took it off.

Great Location

This is an old unit in need of some TLC. It did provide us with space for our large group, although dining was a bit tight. Parking garage was a plus. Plan on bringing lots of extras as the condo is sparse compared to others I've stayed in. (No coffee filters, minimal condiments and minimal pots/pans.) Overall, it suited our needs and the hot tub was great.

The location and price is fantastic. The finishes/furnishings reflect the price and it's worth it!

We stayed there as a group of 10 and were definitely tight. But the price can't be beat and the location is fantastic. There was good customer service when they forgot to stock our trash bags. Everything was clean except the humidifiers needed a good scrubbing. We will certainly book it again for a family vacation.
