Beachfront apartment, one of the main ones in Calpe, La Fosa. Direct departure to the promenade. Beach at 5 meters. Large terrace with magnificent sea views. Communal swimming pool. 2 rooms and capacity for 6 people. 1st with double bed for 2 people, built-in wardrobe. 2nd with two single beds and closet, and 3rd, living / dining room with sofa / bed for two people of standard size. All services a few meters away (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants ...) kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker etc ... 40 "TV with Spanish channels and ASTRA 19º TNT SAT, WIFFI private connection, PARKING, heating 1 electric radiator in room 2500W. Peñon D`Ifach Natural Park at 400m and Les Salines at 300m, an exceptional place for bird watching. Its special location makes it special for families with children or couples who want to enjoy the beach and its activities all day.
Apartment 15km from Benidorm (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura ...) and 40km from the Altet airport (Alicante).
Within a radius of 20 km you can enjoy a wide range of sports activities (climbing, mountain biking, walking routes etc.) and leisure activities (wine, tourist, concerts, etc.).

Overall this is an excellent property that I would highly recommend. The views, the condition and layout of the property was superb as was the attentive communication by the host. Thank you Gabriel for making this trip so pleasurable for my family.

Excellent location

Clean apartment, comfortable bed, kitchen had everything we needed. The large bowl of fruit was a lovely welcome. Excellent view and and location for both the beach, Ifach and la salina.

Owner: Responsive, accommodating, above & beyond Location: Exactly as advertised- directly on the beach - easy access to restaurants & groceriesMy husband & I stayed for a week over our anniversary. Flew into Valencia, rented a car and had an easy drive down to the beach. The owner was waiting for our arrival & directed us smoothly to the parking garage. We couldn’t have asked for more - everything was perfect from start to finish!

Fabulous beach front apartment

Super clean on arrival, the host Gabriel is so accommodating and fair. The flat is as close to the sea as you can get. Probably only 10 feet away. Its so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Super comfy beds. This apartment really is incredible. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back.

Great stay in Calpe

we had a lovely time in Calpe. The apartment was spotless and our host Gabriel was very kind and helpful. The location could not be better as the apartment is just steps from the beach, and has a fabulous sea view. We would highly recommend this great apartment. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and lots to do in the area. The parking space is a big bonus too. Many thanks Gabriel.

From start to finish Gabriel made our stay perfect. Having a parking space in a private garage was an added bonus but the views from the balcony were just breathtaking! To be able to wake up every morning and watch the sunrise over the sea was heaven. The apartment was perfectly situated and had everything you could ever want for. An absolutely amazing stay will definitely be back again and Gabriel was a fabulous host even when we locked ourselves out and forgot the keys, the situation was resolved within minutes. Cannot thank you enough Gabriel. See you again Vicky and Martin

Sunny Stay in Calpe

We had a lovely time in this well located and well equipped apartment. The bed was very comfy and we generally slept well. The only downside was that you can hear some noise from other properties. Whilst this was no problem during the day, on a couple of nights this did disturb our sleep. The view to the sea and Ifach rock is stunning. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We loved our stay. Thanks Gabriel

Perfect location in La Fossa beach

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, Las Salinas but most importantly right in front of the beach! We could listen to the sound of the waves in the apartment and enjoy the beautiful sunrise every day! The apartment was clean and the pictures shown were spot- on. Gabriel was great and punctual when checking us in and the last day when we left, even when we requested a very early departure. We appreciated his kind gestures of fruit on the table, wine and snacks. We will most definitely consider this rental for a future trip to Calpe!

Great host, great location

We marked all items 5/5 as they genuinely were. The apartment couldn't be in a better position, looking out over the beach and literally less than 5 mins from the sea. It's also very close to our favourite bars and restaurants. It's a very comfortable and well-equipped apartment too. Gabriel couldn't have been more helpful and efficient, responding to all our messages pre- and during stay very promptly and normally within minutes! The sea is 5 mins, the pool 3 mins, the supermarket 4 mins, the row of fish restaurants 10 mins, and a fantastic snorkelling beach 10 mins too (tip: don't book a snorkelling trip - there's lots of fish just off the beach). We'll certainly be back.

Fabulous Little Gem

We are just home from a lovely stay in Gabriel's apartment. Everything went smoothly. Gabriel always responded quickly to any queries we had, up to and during the visit. He personally met us at the apartment on our arrival and was in constant communications with us from the time we landed. The location of the apartment is perfect, just a few short steps to the beach and the Promenade. We were greeted at the apartment with a bottle of wine and some welcome items such as water, fruit etc. This was a very nice touch. We will definitely be making a return visit in the future.

Lovely apartment in amazing location

This is a really lovely apartment, everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, hot and powerful shower, a kitchen with everything. Also lots of extras such as salt, herbs, washing up liquid, hand wash, washing powder, plastic bags, even cling film. And wow what a fantastic location, directly in front of the gorgeous beach. So nice to sit on the balcony watching the world go by. Right on the front so you have loads of great restaurants and bars a few steps away. You can hire sun loungers on the beach for 18 Euros a day. The pool is round the back and is a good size, never busy really. Gabriel is so lovely, amazing communication and met us on arrival. Also left fresh fruit, water, juice, wine for us, very thoughtful. Our first time in Calpe, will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gabriel’s lovely apartment.

A lovely apartment with great views

Our host was very helpful on arrival walked us around the apartment and the first thing that catches your eye is the view it to die for absolutely fantastic tha apartment had every thing you needed nice clean and fresh looking lovely place to stay would recommend it to anyone you have the beach right in front of you and all shops restaurants on either side of you you did not have far to go for anything. But there is one let down the weather was so hot the apartment had ceiling fans in bedroom and one free standing in the main lounge Area but it never cool us down at all needs AIR CONDITIONING and the holiday would of been perfect thank you Gabriel you were really helpful a really good host

Hi Wendy!! thank you very much for your comment, we are glad that you liked the apartment and especially the area where it is, THANK YOU, correct for now we do not have air conditioning, we realized when you left the apartment that you pressed a button on the remote control and you had in the room the ceiling fan in winter mode means that the air instead of blowing towards you towards the ceiling, so it was possibly hot, however possibly in the future air conditioning will be installed, thank you for your comment so keep improving, THANK YOU AGAIN Wendy, you are nice people, greetings to the 4!

Wunderschöne Anlage mit einem großen Pool. Supermarkt direkt nur über die Straße gehen. Jede Menge Restaurants an der Strandpromenade. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Alles sehr sauber.

L' APPARTEMENT VRAIMENT BIEN PLACE ON A PRESQUE TOUT FAIT A PIED, LA VOITURE EST RESTEE SOUVENT AU PARKING. PLEIN DE COMMERCES,RESTAURANT EN DESSOUS DE CHEZ NOUS. JE VOUS RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT DE PASSER VOS VACANCES A CALPE DANS CET APPARTEMENT, ET LA VUE SUR LA MER ET LE LEVER DE SOLEIL : UNE MERVEILLE..... L'ENDROIT JUSTE MAGNIFIQUE, AMBIANCE TRES FAMILIALE. ET ENFIN JE TIENS VRAIMENT A REMERCIER GABRIEL POUR SA GENTILLESSE.

Gabriel est une personne à l écoute et tres disponible. L’entrée et la sortie se font sans problème puisque Gabriel vous accompagne du début à la fin. Le gros avantage de l appartement c’ est qu’il est en première ligne de la plage qui est superbe! La piscine de l urbanisation est quasiment déserte donc tres agréable. Des restaurants, un petit supermarché à 1 mn à pied, enfin, nous avons passé une super semaine á Calpé. Nous recommandons !!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Strandurlaub mit Teenagern, die gerne etwas Leben wollen. Die belebte Strandpromenade ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, lediglich eine Spülmaschine gibt es nicht, was uns im Urlaub nichts ausmacht. Die komplette Wohnung ist einfach perfekt ausgestattet. Handtücher, Waschmaschine… alles vorhanden… selbst Schirme für etwas Schatten am Strand. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Ein toller Vermieter! Man merkte richtig, dass ihm daran gelegen ist, dass sich die Mieter wohl fühlen.

La terraza con vistas a la playa es estupenda. También comentar que los aires acondicionados son potentes y silenciosos y que el piso cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Aunque no es culpa del apartamento, se debe tener en cuenta que en TODA la playa está prohibida la entrada con perros, pero tanto en esta playa como en el resto. El dueño nos comentó que únicamente hay un cacho de alguna playa de la zona que sí se puede pero que es de piedras, no de arena y no puedo decir si está cerca del alojamiento o no, ya que al ser de piedras no fuimos a ella.

Sitio perfecto en frente de la playa. Todo muy cerca ( tiendas,, restaurantes, supermercado.. )El anfitrión de "10". Pendiente en todo momento.Apartamento muy recomendable.
