Beautiful house with stunning sea views and a private heated pool near the beach

Ich freue mich sehr, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat. Weiterhin möchte ich mich für die Weiterempfehlung sowie die Fotos bedanken. Es wäre schön, Sie bald wieder im Casa Tiva begrüßen zu können.

Thank you very much for your feedback. However, we are unable to confirm the points you have raised: - Two towels were provided for each guest, as well as bin bags and a washing machine tablet. - The bed linen is always freshly returned from a professional cleaning service on a regular basis. -We provide information about the property in digital format. - The pool is serviced regularly; with a mosaic-tiled pool, an individual tile may occasionally come loose without affecting its use. - The shower was also cleaned before your arrival; the area you mentioned underneath the raised shower drain cover should also have been clean, but we will check it again nonetheless. It’s a pity that you didn’t contact us about this during your stay – we would have been happy to address the issues you raised straight away. Our quietly situated house in a well-maintained area with sea views and a large pool has been highly appreciated by our guests for many years, and we are particularly delighted to welcome so many returning guests.
