111-C Capricorn is located on South Padre Island, TX and is 1/2 a block from the beach.
This South Padre Island rental property was designed to accommodate a large number of guests with total comfort!

The living room, dining area, kitchen and a guest bedroom are located on the 1st floor.
The guest bedroom features two sets of full-size bunk beds with bedding to accommodate eight (8) children.

The kitchen is very spacious with lots of cabinetry for easy storage.
It is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils.
This kitchen has everything you need to prepare an unforgettable family meal.
The large dining room table, bar seating and outside patio seating provide plenty of areas for guests to enjoy a meal at the house.

Guests can easily access the backyard through the 1st-floor living room.
Enjoy getting a tan in the tropical backyard featuring a private heated pool and hot tub!
The backyard offers ample seating for guests with an array of lounge chairs, an outdoor couch and a patio table.

The second floor entails 4 spacious bedrooms.
All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.
Three of the bedrooms feature king-size beds.
The 4th bedroom entails two queen-size beds.
All bedrooms have access to balconies.

The one-car garage and driveway will allow groups to park up to 5 vehicles at the property.

Second time staying there!

We love this house as it was our second time staying there! We just wish the bedroom on the first floor had a regular bed in it instead of bunk beds. It makes it hard for adults who want to stay on the first level to sleep downstairs. Also, an elevator would be ideal for handicapped visitors. Otherwise, always nice, thanks!

Great service and assistance provided by telephone. Very clean condos and completely ready for our stay. Also appreciate your patience with some of the stragglers that left about 1/2 hour late. We will be back next year.

Beautiful, spacious home. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spacious home 1/2 block from beach. There were 4 couples in our party and 1 single and there was plenty of room. Beautiful outdoor area with pool, hot tub, bbq and loungers. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BOOK WITH SPI

The house was spacious and accomodated us just fine. However, I had massive issues with the management company. I own several rental properties and I'm shocked at how minimalist / cheap SPI is. First of all, we walk into the house and the AC was turned off. The home was very warm. Second, the place had ZERO supplies. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. I called SPI and they never brought us any. We purchased some on our own. They gave us 1 trash bag and there were NO beach towels. There were 2 pods for laundry. No coffee and limited toilet paper. I was just dumbfounded on how cheap they went with stocking this place. When I called them asking where everything was, they said that they did not supply these items. I said we flew in, 'were we supposed to pack beach towels'. All of my properties are stocked with plenty of the above. Lastly, the pool was dirty. They did have someone come to clean it, but it wasn't until the morning of our third day there. If I was the owner, I would change management companies.

Spring Break- Extended Family Vacation

Stayed 03/22/25-03/28/25. Property and house were beautiful. Everyone loved having their own room and bathroom. When we unexpectedly got a puppy in Jan. SPI was very accommodating in allowing us to bring her. Worked out great. Had a few bumps during the week but SPI was prompt at addressing the situations. The beach entrance is literally at the end of the block so a very short walk. We used the beach rentals of the tents, beach chairs and wagons delivered to the house and picked up on our day of arrival and departure and it worked out perfectly. Loved walking to the restaurants and coffee shops nearby and the beach itself was busy but not crowded and everyone enjoyed their stay. The back pool area is set up beautifully and we used the pool every day for hours even after being at the beach for good portions of the day. Our 4 and 6 year olds couldn't get enough. Great place to stay.

Fantastic Family Spring Break!

We just returned from a great family spring break in SPI! We stayed in this unit with another family, making our full group 6 kids 6 and under. For anyone curious about family amenities: 3 of the bedroom closets are big enough to fit a pack n play, bunk room was great and served its purpose. Also, maybe the best feature was a door alarm on the back doors to warn you if anyone opened the door since the pool is in the back yard. Pool was also great for kids—not too deep in any section and not too wide, so it was great for our learning swimmers. SPI in general was pretty and honestly not crowded, esp with it being spring break. Would definitely go back!

Girl’s Trip 2024

My Daughter, Granddaughters and I do yearly Girl’s trips and decided on South Padre island this year. We rented this property and couldn’t have been happier with it. It was even better than the pictures! It was spacious, beds were very comfortable, and having a bathroom with a great shower in each one was such a great bonus! The pool and hot tub were great, nice and warm. We had an issue with the hot tub and they immediately fixed it. The unit was well stocked with everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again!

A short walk to beach. Great communication with host. Pool is a great size. Internet was spotty and dryer was slow to dry. Would stay there again and with SPI Rentals

Perfect for your SPI getaway

The townhome is very spacious, clean, and a short walk to the beach! My kids enjoyed the private pool as well! It was also in a quiet area yet close to restaurants and places to shop. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. SPI rentals team was excellent with communication and assisted promptly with any concerns during our stay.

Fantastic Rental!

Our arrival was perfect. We were able to get in easily and without incident. The rooms were spacious, clean and loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The first night we had issues with the BBQ pit and had to call maintenance at 9:30pm. They arrived within a few minutes and ended up bringing a new pit so our dinner was not ruined! Great service. When we decided to extend another day, they made the process simple and easy. Once we booked the communication and service was excellent. The only negatives I would say is that some external doors were difficult to open and lock (so we used others) and the only internal pool light(s) was red, which gave it more of a gory blood look than a fun beach vibe. Clearly those are easy fixes. Beach access was extremely close, but honestly spent more time in the pool and hot tub than anywhere else. With 2 rainout days, the house did not disappoint. Definitely will be renting there again!

We have stayed at several condominiums and houses around the island and this house was the most beautiful house we have stayed at. The only complaint we had was that the mattresses in the two master bedrooms facing the pool were very worn and uncomfortable and should be replaced.

Excellent

With out a doubt our favorite place staying on the island ! We have been staying at the same house the last 15-18 yrs on the island but the owner went to VRBO and now it's managed by Seabatical ……this particular house met all our needs and we look forward to coming back and staying in the same house ! SPI Rentals are true professionals and kept in touch thru out our booking of the house and our stay !

There was plenty of room both inside and out.There was a large dining table to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. We were a block from the beach and a block from Wanna Wanna...our favorite place to go. The beds were comfortable, every room had it's own bathroom and each room upstairs had access to a balcony. we would definitely stay here again. You rent all 3 units for a large family reunion!

Ultimate Family Trip

111 E. Capricorn, Unit C was an awesome place to stay. Every bedroom had an ensuite for privacy, plus the four bedrooms upstairs had a balcony to sit an relax in the evenings. The living/dining area was huge and the kitchen had everything you would need. The pool and deck was fabulous! Lots of seating areas and a large stairway into the pool with a hit tub and a long bench in the water next to it. We enjoyed having the wagon and boogie boards and beach toys for the grandkids. There are 4 beach chairs as well. It was a short walk to the beach…and Wanna Wanna…one of our favorite places.

We loved our stay!! A few suggestions considering the cost all around. Need broom. Mop and cleaners .so much sand! Beds are horrendous. We were shocked at the terrible discomfort and lack of additional covets but overall. It was a wonderful place and we will definitely book again
