POOL HEATING INFORMATION
South Padre Island does not have natural gas service.
The pool and spa are heated using an electric heat pump. Heat pumps perform well in mild weather but become less effective when temperatures fall below 50°F.
To ensure comfortable swimming during January and February, we also offer a propane backup heater.
• Pool heating to 82°F during January or February: $35 per day
• Hot tub heating is included at no additional charge.

Please note, these documents must be signed to be able to rent this house.

PETS:
We can accommodate up to (4) pets. The cleaning fee is $150 per pet and is paid directly to the cleaner.

CAMERAS:
There are cameras on the outside of the property mainly for security when the house is vacant. All footage is recorded but not monitored unless there is an issue. Only owner has access.
