This home has so much to offer guests of all tastes with over sized Kitchen fit for a chef, 10 ft ceilings throughout, Cozy fireplace, larger rooms, spa style baths and extra large Panoramic Ocean View deck for entertaining and BBQ. Two bikes supplied for riding around the beach community, as well as beach toys, beach chairs, bodyboards and a surfboard!

Super location, plenty of room to spread out and love dining alfresco while watching the sunset. There are a lot of stairs so be ready to get your steps in

I was traveling with my mom and sister, so we loved having so much space, 3 bathrooms, and a huge kitchen. Britt & Anthony were very responsive when we had questions. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the Thursday night sunset market, also close to the house.

We were there for a long weekend with our friends to celebrate both of our anniversaries.The view was great, the unit was very clean and it was in a great location. Kitchen was also well equipped, the only addition I can think of would be a citrus juicer. We had a great time overall and would love to go back.

We all loved the house and the area. Walked to the beach. Planned to ride the bikes but didn't have time. The palm trees and beach were visible from all the areas in the house that we spent most of our time.

Wonderful

The jacuzzi tub is everything! The beds are extremely comfortable. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and extra blankets. There’s lots of stairs, so keep that in mind when packing.

Great sunset views over Pacific Ocean

Clean & well located within walking distance to beach and dozens of restaurants and other venues. Well appointed three unit building in safe area. After a stay of six weeks we would stay here again if returning to this area.

Perfect space

The townhome was absolutely beautiful. Nothing could beat all the balconies and the ocean view from them. Accessing the keys was the most difficult thing about the trip just due to my friend and I having our nails done long and the lockbox was not long nail friendly, but other than that everything was a breeze! The location was perfect, we walked to most of the spots we wanted to go to. The sunset was amazing from the top balcony. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. I would book this again.

Perfect Getaway with Friends

We enjoyed our stay at this modern, roomy, and immaculately clean property. There is an ocean view from the main floor balcony as well as a private roof top balcony. Walking distance to the beach, and a short ride to Oceanside Harbor. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Beach gear and bicycles provided. We would not hesitate to return for another stay!

Soccer Getaway

We traveled from AZ to Oceanside for a soccer tournament. This place was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and a 15 min drive to the soccer complex. The house had everything you need, it was clean, and centrally located to everything. It even has a hair diffuser!! For someone with curly hair, that is huge!! We’d definitely stay here again!!

Gorgeous Townhome & Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights so we could be within 23 minutes of our two adult sons, who recently moved to the area, and they were able to spend one of the nights with us. We hardly drove anywhere since we could walk to great restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. The Townhouse has everything you need and we did borrow the surfboards and wagon one afternoon. The upper deck was fabulous, especially for watching the gorgeous sunsets. The couch, beds and everything about the place was very comfortable and inviting. It was quite spacious and the stairs were no problem. We really liked having a garage as well. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends!

Location picture a bit misleading

This is a lovely property with a few unmet expectations. Our interpretation of the ocean picture was that the outside seating area was close to the ocean. We could see a road in front, but then it appears that the sand and ocean starts. This is not a beachfront property. It's certainly close to the pier, but set more in town. Visitors need to note that the property is multi-leveled with the layout being a bit awkward to navigate. And unfortunately, the weekend party activity of the neighbors was very loud in the guest bedroom, and all sounds traveled clearly into that part of the property disrupting sleep. Restaurants are steps away, and check-in/check-out process was easy.

Great Beach Getaway

This place is really nice. Appears to be newer construction and is well-appointed, comfortably decorated, and has a private garage, which is super valuable in a beach community. The walk to the beach is easy and freeway access is also close if you’re in a mood to visit local attractions. There’s some street noise but that’s to be expected, and it’s not overbearing. It is a vertical property, so there are nice views from the upper levels; the spacious residence is on two levels, with the garage on the ground floor. We made good use of the kitchen, which had about everything we needed. The wifi service was great, and the TV’s are streaming-ready. There’s a gas grill and seating on the roof deck if you want to grill something or eat outside (we did). Communications with the owners were quick and friendly— plenty of detailed info provided well before we needed it. It would be hard to think of any significant improvements needed here… overall a great stay in a very nice home! We’d definitely stay here again.

2 y/o Twin's First Vacation

We wanted our 2 yr old twins to see the beach and ocean for the first time, but did not want to leave the country or stay at a resort. One of our twins is on the spectrum and he's very sensitive to noises and even new environments. Our stay at the Spanish Town home was amazing and fit all our needs. I was afraid of all the stairs with the boys, but they had so much fun going up and down, with supervision of course lol, and even improved their motor skills with stairs. They're pros now. The home does have one baby gate which the boys know to stay clear. The town home has very thing you need for the beach, to cook and even to do laundry. There were so many great features of the Town home and the online pictures don't do it justice. The view from the roof top is great and the space is so relaxing with the breeze. My favorite feature of all, they provide a pack-n-play. We were so worried our Twin whos Autistic and being able to sleep. We brought his tent from home so if he had any issues sleeping, he could sleep in his safe space where he naps. We didn't even unpack it. He slept in the pack-n-play just like he does in his own crib at home. He felt right at home at the Town home, as did we. We will most definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay. Highly recommended it! Very spacious, clean, close to plenty of dining options and to the beach but still quiet. Well stocked with essentials which was a plus. Host was very responsive and great to book with. Will definitely book again on our next visit to the area.

Perfect Beach Condo

We loved staying at this Condo. Beautiful and clean, exactly as pictured. Just a few blocks walk to the beach. Walking distance to so many things. Loved the Night Market on Thursday Night, also walking distance. Plenty of room, and lots of storage, plus private garage. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs, but it wasn't a problem for us.

Time at the Beach

The beach for my friend and I is a healing place, but it is made better when the rental is clean, safe, and accessible. This rental was that and more . We loved that we could have our car in a garage but the inside was a dream. The steps are the only downfall to this rental, but the steps get you high enough to see the ocean from the balcony. We will definitely be back.
