The property boasts a private area of 1 ha, which is fenced, and a garden of 1,500 m2, also fenced, that includes a wildlife garden, meadow, and an 11 x 5 m swimming pool. The pool's depth ranges from 135 to 135 cm and is available seasonally, from May 28th to September 30th. There is also an outdoor shower, an arbor, and garden furniture for guests to enjoy. The pool maintenance is taken care of by the owner/gardener.

Inside the house, guests can find a table tennis and table football, perfect for playing with friends and family. The house is accessible via a 300 m unmade road, and it provides parking for up to 5 cars. The nearest shop and supermarket are both 2.5 km away, while a restaurant is located 1.2 km from the house. A sandy beach called "Vada" is 7 km away, and the marina is 6 km away. The house's location is perfect for those who want to explore the nearby attractions, such as Pisa, which is 43 km away, Lucca, 72 km away, and Florence, 100 km away.

This vacation home is an 8-room, 200 m2 house that spans over two levels. The furnishings are spacious, simple, and practical, making for a comfortable stay.

On the first level, there is a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. There is also an exit to the terrace, which offers a marvellous view of the sea and the countryside. There are two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is a small kitchen with an oven, gas stove, and four gas rings, as well as a dining table. There is also a shower/bidet/WC.

On the lower ground floor, there is another living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV with a flat screen. There is an exit to the garden and the veranda, which offers an excellent view of the surroundings. There is one double bedroom with air conditioning and an exit to the veranda, as well as a room with one double bed, one bunk bed, and air conditioning, also with an exit to the veranda. Additionally, there is an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There are also two showers/bidet/WC.

Outside, there is a large terrace and a large, roofed patio with terrace furniture and a barbecue. The vacation home is suitable for families, and two pets/dogs are allowed. There is no internal connecting door between the floors. The owner keeps one cat, two goats, and two sheep on the property and comes 2-3 times a week to take care of the pool and the garden.
