The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and offers a nice breakfast bar. You'll enjoy the bright and airy living area which has a Queen Sleeper Sofa bed for any overnight guests and dining area for four. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony where you can enjoy the ocean breezes and the park-like atmosphere of the common areas of the most popular condo destination on the island. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, and the adjoining primary bathroom offers guests a jetted tub and an enormous walk-in shower which is sure to help wind down a long day at the beach.

This condo is located on the third floor of the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces (unassigned), beach access, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
