This is wonderful golfers paradise home perfect for entertaining with a large living room, kitchen and separate dining room. The pool and spa are nearby and a perfect way to relax in the sun. Upsetting Stay

We were quite disappointed in our 3 months stay from Dec 2 - Mar 2 , 2025 PGA West is a lovely area and his condo unit has a nice view with surrounding community pools , but we saw a lot of wear & tear in this rental unit . Although the unit has some upgrades , the washing machine , fridge ice-maker , and vacuum were not working properly , we had to buy a new toilet lever , bought dowels to fix the inside wooden window shutters that were hanging loose and even bought new patio chairs from Home Depot to replace the old ones . Old pots and pans need to be replaced . The neighbors on one side were very noisy and down most weekends with a barking dog. We had an issue when the window blind in the 2nd bedroom came down although that room wasn't in use. This could have happened to anyone at any time due to wear and the blind not being installed securely yet he blamed us for misuse and kept our damage deposit . We find that appalling since we were not at fault and especially when we left his condo spotless and used our own time and money to repair his deficiencies and had to buy our own cleaning supplies. The host (Jon ) would not respond to any of our messages sent. We are a retired couple who travel extensively with an excellent rating and have never come across such a disrespectful host . We would never stay here again due to the above reasons and hence the rating we are giving it a one.

Loved the view

This was a well equipped and modern home. The owner was responsive to questions and minor issues. Lovely place to relax and enjoy the warm weather.

Nice Home

Clean and updated home on the 13th fairway of Stadium Course. Adjacent to nice fairway pond. Peaceful view with good sun exposure. Would stay again.

Paradise in the desert

Been coming for over 40 years this was the nicest for location and view !!! Jon was excellent as a host. If you want a 10 this is the place.

Beautiful Home!

This home is amazing! We had a party of four that stayed here for Coachella and the location was perfect. Only a few miles away from the Polo Fields. The home itself was very clean and and recently remodeled. The back patio had a lovely view of the golf course and lake. Great spot to eat and relax at breakfast before leaving to the festival. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were very spacious. The owner was fantastic to work with! They worked with us during the craziness of the pandemic and they answered all our questions. Even when we arrived, they were quick to respond to any questions we had upon arrival. Such a wonderful home and we would definitely stay here again.

Better than expected

It appears that this place was redecorated since the photos that I had seen. The decor was very tasteful and seemed larger than it is because of high windows and light from a newly remodeled kitchen. Would highly recommend .

Well stocked home for vacations. Owner is very receptive and responded in a timely manner. He obviously wanted our stay to be favorable. Area is very peaceful and quiet in a secure gated community. Location is great; not far to nearest grocery and other shopping.

Peaceful Stunning View

This is a gorgeous home with an even more gorgeous view. We enjoyed the view from the master and the living room and the patio was even better. Each morning I woke up to watch the sunrise over the little lake and when I got out to the patio early I was able to see the morning sun shine on the mountains and create the most beautiful red glow on them. If you like quiet, this is the place. It was so serene looking at the mountains, lake and birds. We were so lucky to get to watch the conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter right from the comfy patio chairs each night after the stunning sunsets over the mountains. It was wonderful to have this secluded spot to hunker down during the pandemic. Jon was so helpful with getting the heating fixed (in previous reviews you'll see others had issues) when they found that the valve was broken to the gas. We played a game of catch the cricket each evening inside so you may want to inquire about the pest control. The beds are ready to be replaced and we will absolutely rent here again after those are replaced. We had such a fun time visiting many of the pools/hot tubs in the large PGA West enclosure. And biking was amazing, no busy dangerous roads, just quiet, flat, uncrowded streets. We had regular flower garden and home tours on our bikes. This country club is nice in that it doesn't have tons of speed bumps like some do. Thanks Jon for sharing your beautifully redecorated home with us. We so appreciated the TV channels too, given the pandemic it was often our evening entertainment.

Good location but bad communication with owner

The location is great, but the owner is not willing to communicate when we need it. When we arrived we had to pick up 8 dog feces from the front yard. There where bed linen in the dryer. Soon we met the first cockroaches in the house. We contacted the owner and he promised to send some pest control people. The last cockroaches we killed two days before departure. The TV instruction was wrong, but after calling the owner we sorted it out. In the second bedroom there was no curtain to keep the light and insight out. In the main bathroom one of the washing cranes were leaking down on the pile of towels in the cabinets under the bench. I managed to stop the leak, but we had to wash all the towels. We tried to call the owner several times. He had given us the right number, but he did not answer or call back even we asked him to. It seems like he did not want to answer any calls from a cellphone from outside US. If that is the case he has to leave a normal phone in the condo. In the beginning we liked the house and location and wanted to stay for 3 months next year. We asked the owner to send a contract, but he did that after several reminders. When I asked him about some terms in emails sending him, there were no reactions. We found another place for next year. We informed the owner about that we had to rush back to Norway 14 days before original departure because of the Corona situation. I have asked him to return the security deposit, but have still not received it.

This home was such a lovely retreat outside of our Coachella festivities. It was a modern, clean and simple oasis. The backyard scenery and view of the golf course was breath-taking to wake up to. The style of cozy energy Of the home makes it an ideal retreat after a long day of jamming out in the desert. It was super close to the Empire Polo Club and feels like a comfortable fortress of luxury.

Great stay

We went with another couple and had 2 babies with us. Perfect for a family or weekend getaway. Overall, the place was great. It has great amenities, great location, owner was very responsive, and provided detailed instructions before our stay. Like that the house is in a gated and secure neighborhood as well. Only complaint is we had major heater issues that I notified the owner of. It didn't help that it was super cold (below 50 at night) during our stay. One room would get really hot while the other was super cold.

Wonderful!

The community is so pretty and the home is clean and comfortable. The open and spacious layout was great for our group, there was definitely plenty of room for everyone. Everything was very up to date and nice. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The backyard patio is quiet and relaxing looking out on the golf course and lake. The owner was there for us whenever we had a question or need. Thank you for the most memorable getaway, your flexibility and care. We are super grateful!

Excellent Property

Comfortable and beautiful accommodations

Our recent stay at the PGA West home in La Quinta was relaxing and comfortable. The furnishings exceeded our expectations. The views were a myriad of co;ors changing with the movement of sunlight.

Beautiful relaxing stay

Remolded kitchen and bathrooms with double sink vanities were a plus! The house was nice and were happy with our stay. One of the bedrooms were hot and we had to keep the air on cold so it could keep that bedroom cool. But the rest of the house was freezing. Other than that we loved it.

Very nice, comfortable and great seting.

Very much enjoyed my stay at your lovely vacation home on the Stadium Course. A wonderful place to relax and recharge the batteries, very quiet, great views and friendly neighbours. So nice to have numerous champion level golf courses within minutes of the house and fabulous wide bike lanes on so many roads allowing you to ride safely all over the area. Thank you for making your home available.
