Located in the heart of La Quinta Cove, this luxury home is perfect for any type of getaway you may be looking for. Its outside offers complete comfort with a private pool and patio, including BBQ and outdoor furniture to kick your feet up on and enjoy amazing views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

The home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a dining room seating 8, a gourmet kitchen that includes brand new stainless steel appliances and stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils. The kitchen opens up to a large living room with a cozy fireplace, large designer couch for 7 and a 85" 4K OLED Sony smart TV. Wireless high speed internet with speeds up to 500bps throughout the home and all TV's have access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime ect.

Within the home are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. First bedroom features 2 comfortable Full beds with a large closet and 50 inch HD smart tv. Second bedroom includes a California King bed, large mirrored closet and a 45 inch HD smart screen tv. The master bedroom has a plush California King bed with 2 walk in closets and large spacious bathroom, including his and her sinks and separate bathtub and shower.

Our property is blocks from Old Town La Quinta, with dining, shopping, art shows, and a Farmer's Market on the weekends. It is minutes from spas, tennis, golf, and there are hiking and bike trails in walking distance.

** Conveniently located a few miles from the Coachella / Stagecoach Polo Fields and the Indian Wells Tennis Stadium.

My family stayed at this super cute home for Christmas and everything was perfect!Very clean and well stocked, the beds were very comfortable (three nice sized bedrooms, including wonderful master bedroom) - there was plenty of room for the six of us. Nice sized master bathroom, plus another full bathroom and a half bath, allowed everyone to get ready quickly and easily. There was such attention to detail, including the fresh Christmas flowers and Christmas themed throw pillows on the couch. It made such a difference in our stay and we loved everything.There is a wonderful, heated pool in the backyard with plenty of outdoor seating and a view of the mountains. Nice kitchen, a huge TV in the living room for evening movie night and washer/dryer in the garage. The neighborhood is safe, very quiet and lovely with easy access to amazing trails and a very short drive to the La Quinta Resort as well as many stores and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

My kids love the pool, at night we felt like at home. Sitting on the couch watching movies and eating popcorn. We had a great time. Such a beautiful home, I would stay here again!!

Beware, False advertising! Host never inspected property before renting to me. Paid him full amount. Would never have booked if I knew truth. Advertised TVs, except no remotes to use them! No TVs for my entire stay. Left early after no sleep from noise and the advertised working smoke alarms went off,no safety check, before accepting money from me and profiting. Dangerous, alarm muted, not working, all could’ve died. This is California wildfire country, this is serious, I have lived through two wild fires. Paying guests aren’t property mgrs., because he wants to save money on property mgr. or his own inspection, if he’s taking money from unsuspecting guests. He shouldn’t keep my money, knew property hadn’t been checked out in a while. Ian, the host,promised a refund, in writing, for not one day of quiet enjoyment, the services advertised and for which I paid. I was always polite, he wasn’t. All I asked for was the refund that he had promised me since he ruined my vacation and I had to leave early, even told him I wouldn’t write a bad review because just wanted to end this nightmare and move on. He reneged, so warning you! I Rent in desert often, I’ve liked the hosts, they’ve liked me, always had good experience. There are many others that are reputable. Wish I had been warned about this irresponsible, dangerous , one. Vacation will always be ruined by Ian, I’m writing this review so that it will not happen to anybody else. He shouldn’t get away with this!

Das haus ist traumhaft. Es bietet alles, was man braucht um eine wunderschöne zeit zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte schnell und unkompliziert. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Worked well for us

The property is as described. The house is easy to find and check in was easy. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was great.the house is well appointed..and the neighborhood was quiet The overall property is getting a little worn, but it looks like the owner is working on it. The bathrooms have been remodeled, the kitchen looks good with nice granite countertops. The walls and mouldings could use some touchup painting. The landscaping needs a little help, but it was August and it had been very hot. Overall it was a good value for the money. I would stay again. FYI, I also own a VRBO property in Phoenix AZ...and know how tough it is to keep up on maintainance for a property in desert areas.

Fantastic large house

We had a grest time in the large beautiful house located in a nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Of course the pool was awesome as well and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The host also communicated very well and helped out when needed.

House have bed bugs

Unfortunately this location was false advertisement house had a weird smell me and my family had to buy cleaning supplies bed bug spray to make house stay able owner tried to blame us for damages that was already done a lot of places had tape trying to hold things together living room table had a crack but was still holding up the toilet was clogged had to buy things for that also we only stayed because we couldn’t get our money back to cancel not to mention I have videos from the moment we walked in the house I have pictures of my kids bed bug bites

Nice quiet place

The place is showing its age a bit. But, it has everything we needed. There is a TV in each bedroom but of course the person who wanted to use it didn’t have any luck in getting it to work. The master bath didn’t have a working tub (not a problem for us) nor shampoo in the shower. We had a great time there. It’s close to hiking trails and is an exceptionally quiet neighborhood.

Stay away from this property Especially the Host

This stay left us feeling less than happy with the experience, host and VRBO. The worst part of this experience was the interaction with the host and his suggested manipulation for a rating.The place was okay, but not much attention to detail with cleaning. After some messages with the host, we found out he cleans himself and not very thoroughly! There was tons of dust both on the floorboards and caked on every vent. In fact our friend with allergies had such a bad breathing attack that he had to leave and stay elsewhere. When I reported to the host he claimed that we had a bogus claim and we did not need to come back. He was very defensive and not willing to work with us at all. Until he told he would send a request for a 5 star review in exchange for 100 to compensate out friend who had to stay elsewhere. Also, the bathtub in the master is broken & from reading other reviews seems to have been for some time.I wish I could post the pictures of the dust, and the message from this host for others to see! Lesson learned to check each and every review of a place before bookingdo not go by the over all rating!Don't walk away from this place....RUN!!!!!

Perfect place for Coachella

This was a great find. House was clean, rooms were big, swimming pool was nice in the sun. Host was easy to contact. Highly recommend!

Just Okay

Our overall impression of this property was it is just okay. “Very well worn” is how I would describe it. I am confused by all the other glowing reviews unless they were either all left by family members of the owner or people in their twenties who attended Coachella. This is why I decided to leave a review because I felt misled by the photos and reviews. In my over 12 years of renting properties on VRBO, this was by far the most run down. On a positive note the property manager was responsive to a minor toilet issue and to questions. I would not recommend this property to anyone over 25.

Winter Getaway

We love the La Quinta Cove area and were happy to find a house close to the walking trails as we have stayed in the area before. We were disappointed by this property as it is sadly neglected and needs a lot of TLC. The yard is in very poor condition with a pool in need of repair and the surrounding coating cracked and crumbling. The pool itself while old was clean and serviced on a regular basis. The outdoor furniture was in poor condition and uncomfortable . My husband and I spent the better part of an afternoon sweeping, cleaning the bbq, replacing broken and missing lights and washing down the furniture and concrete. We purchased some cheap outdoor rugs from Walmart just to cover up the mess and make it more bearable for our stay. Overall, we did not find this home comfortable and it is unsuitable for a long term stay.

Palm Desert area was a destination I frequented a couple times a a year for vacations, golf, music festivals and relaxation and ultimately saved enough to by a place of my own. I have realized that life does not provide enough time for vacationing at my young age and would like to offer up my home to all who seek a great experience in La Quinta / Palm Desert.
