The perfect retreat for families and groups.
Over 2 floors, Ashton View hosts a striking social space and 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room.
With Glasgow University, Ashton Lane and the Subway on your doorstep, this 160 year old fully modernised flat on Byres Road includes:
- Victorian features
- Log burner
- Dining Room
- 4-person spa bath
- Smart controls and Sonos
- Luxurious bedding
- 2 King beds (1 can be changed to twins)
Your group will have the sole use of Ashton View for your stay.
Ashton View has other listings with different room configurations - please ensure you select the appropriate listing for your group to ensure the required number of rooms are unlocked and made available to you.

Ashton View is in the absolute heart of Glasgow's bustling West End. Step straight out to Byres Road for local shops, bars, eateries, cinema, supermarkets and amenities all within seconds of the front door.
The picturesque Ashton Lane is famous for quality restaurants, beer gardens and late night karaoke and is less than 1 minute walk from Ashton View.
Glasgow University and Scotland's oldest museum, The Hunterian, are just 5 minutes walk away and boast some of the country's finest architecture.
Glasgow's famous Underground is less than 1 minute walk from the apartment. This allows you quick access to the city centre.
Lots of amenities are available within walking distance, however if you decide to venture in to the city the Underground gets you in to the city centre in 10 minutes.
If travelling from Glasgow Central train station, you can take the Underground from Hillhead straight to Buchanan Street or St Enoch and walk to Central Station. If travelling from Queen Street train station Buchanan Street Underground takes you there from Hillhead.
A taxi stance is right outside the front door should you wish to take a taxi.
Buses operate frequently from both Byres Road and nearby Great Western Road.
On street paid parking is available - this is free after before 8.45am, after 5.15pm and all weekend.
Please note the sleeping arrangements at Ashton View: we have 2 bedrooms downstairs - bedroom 1 has a Super King size bed and bedroom 2 has a King size bed.
If you prefer rooms set up as twin rooms instead of having King size beds we can arrange this for you - just ask.
Finally we have 2 Travel Cots available upon request without charge.
