I have stayed at my places in Italy, and this was by far the best for me, my wife, and my daughter. Such a beautiful little town with friendly people, great walking, and the best food you could ever eat. I would describe it best as being the most authentic Italian experience you could get. Close to many vineyards, the Mediterranean coastline, and Florence.

We had a beautiful short stay, the appartment is very relaxing, well equipped and in a very central location, beautiful views from the terrace and exceeds expectations from online photos, thank you Bella vista!

Fantastic location.

I visit Chianni a few times a year, this was my first time staying in Bella Vista and it was a delight, I’d not only recommend but I’d 100% stay there again. The location is perfect, size of the apartment is incredible and it has the most beautiful terrace and views. There were three of us staying and as women we appreciated having two bathrooms to use, perfect for getting ready before going out for dinner!

Fabulous

We spent a month in Chianni and this apartment and we loved everything about it. The deck has the most beautiful view with lounge chairs for relaxing and a lovely table and chairs under a covered porch where we spent many night playing cards and eating pizza from Anna’s Bar. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Gabby and John.

Great town, ok apartment

We loved Chianni! Such a lovely little town, with amazing views of the countryside from the expansive deck. Anna’s, next door to Bella Vista, is a gem of a coffee shop and pizzeria, and there are other great restaurants as well. The apartment looked nice, but we experienced more than a few annoyances: burned out bulbs, flickering lights, sticking locks, ants in the kitchen, terrible water pressure and loss of hot water, and noise from the piazza at night (not Bella Vista’s fault, but not ideal). We’d love to visit Chianni again, but would likely find a different rental.

Great Spot to Explore Tuscany

The apartment is very comfortable and matches the online description. We had everything that we needed for our stay: the kitchen was well-equipped, washing machine, laundry rack, deck chairs, barbeque, blow-dryer, and so much more. The view from the deck is outstanding and enjoying breakfast while watching the sun rise was one of the highlights of each day. Chianni itself is a small town with a few cafes and restaurants, which are all close-by. We found it to be perfectly located within Tuscany, making it easy to explore the region, which we thoroughly enjoyed! It was a pleasure visiting Chianni and the host, Claudia Kornmayer, made the experience straightforward and uncomplicated. Even small unforeseen issues in the apartment were solved within just a few hours after sending an email. Thank you again, for all your help and making our stay so enjoyable!

Charming Chianni

My husband and I had a wonderful week staying in Chianni, the apartment was perfect, we loved the terrace with views over the rolling Tuscan hills. The location allowed us to walk to local restaurants as well as longer 2-3 hours hikes in the hills and forests which we loved. The highlight was going to see Andrea Bocelli sing in his home village Lajatico (25 mins away). We had a car so we enjoyed pottering to local towns/hamlets, we especially enjoyed the Medieval towns of Volterra and San Gimignano. We don't like crazy busy places so Chianni was perfect for us, peaceful but with atmosphere and charm. Top restaurants for us were Chianni Bistro and Il Ripordoro in Rivalto (next door village) where we had a very special long Sunday Italian lunch! We will be back. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit stilvollen Möbeln und antiken Accessoires. Das Highlight ist die Dachterasse mit fantastischem Ausblick. Es ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass man direkt zwischen den Restauranttischen von Anna's Bar steht, sobald man die Haustür öffnet. Aber das passt zum italienischen Lebensgefühl. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

Hallo zusammen, wir können es nur weiterempfehlen, ein wirklich tolles Appartement, mit herrlichem Blick. Lecker Essen gibt's direkt vor der Haustür. Das ist dann aber auch gleichzeitig der einzige Haken, manchmal ist es nachts ein wenig länger laut.

Das Apartment ist fantastisch, vor allem die große Terrasse lädt zum Träumen und Verweilen ein. Die zentrale Lage in Chianni hat uns sehr gut gefallen, allerdings ist man eben auch mittendrin. Für Menschen, die absolute Ruhe suchen, ist das dann vielleicht nicht so geeignet.Für uns aber war es perfekt! Und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

The rooms were charming and included everything we needed for the stay. The beds were comfortable and we had the linens we needed. The kitchen was complete and we appreciated the wine and pasta left for us. We loved the patio and the view.

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt im Apartment Bella Vista. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders der Ausblick ist wirklich ein Highlight.Die Kommunikation lief super, ebenfalls der Check in. Auch die Lage ist traumhaft , ruhig, aber trotzdem findet man alles Wichtige in der Nähe.Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

Gut gefallen hat uns:Schöne Wohnung mit hohem StandardTolle Aussicht von der Terrasse!2 Bäder mit guter/großzügiger Ausstattung Gute Betten mit mittelharten Matratzen Hochwertige Ausstattung mit sehr vielen guten Büchern zur Umgebung (sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt!)Guter Alimentari, gute Bar/Cafe und gute Restaurants direkt Fußläufig.Nette Bewohner im Dorf.NespressomaschineWebergrillNicht so gut gefallen hat uns:Relativ lautes Umfeld. Vor dem Haus ist der Außenbereich der Pizzeria, wo Menschen jeden Abend bis 00:30 / 1:00 Uhr sitzen und laut reden/feiern manchmal sogar noch länger.Hinterm Haus ein Parkplatz auf dem gerne die Dorfjugend mit ihren Mopeds versammelt und durchaus bis 1:00 Uhr nachts quatscht und rumblödelt.Mehr Wassergläser und einfache Tassen wären schön.KEINE DUNSTABZUGSHAUBE!!! Wenn man ein Steak oder Speck anbrät geht nach 1-2 Minuten der Rauchmelder an. (Absolut unverständlich und passt nicht zum Standard)Wenn man 2 Kochfelder des Induktionskochfelds auf maximaler Stufe benutzt, (oder ein Feld und den Wassserkocher) fliegt die Hauptsicherung raus.Duschköpfe und Wasserhähne verstopft/verkalkt oder keine Strahlregler - entweder wird man nass gespritzt (Küche) oder es kommt kaum Wasser raus.Die Eingangstür klemmt extrem und kann nur schwer geöffnet und geschlossen werden.Der Abfluss der Dusche im großen Bad war mit Haaren verstopft und musste von uns erstmal gereinigt werden. (Sowas sollte immer vor Neuvermietung gesäubert werden)

Vielen Dank für die ehrliche Kritik, die Haustür wird vor der nächsten Saison getauscht - das Equipment im Haus aufgestockt und das Reinigungsteam umfassend informiert! Leider können wir gegen die Lautstärke wenig tun, tatsächlich ist dies die erste Kritik dieser Art nach 7 Jahren Vermietung - das tut uns natürlich leid.

Reisebericht: Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in ChanniMeine Zeit in der traumhaften Ferienwohnung in Channi war einfach rundum perfekt. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend und hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht, ob beim ersten Kaffee am Morgen oder beim Sonnenuntergang am Abend.Auch im Inneren lässt die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen: Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind reichlich vorhanden, und alles ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause.Ein echtes Highlight war der herzliche Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte – das hat den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht.Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich Anna’s Bar und Anna’s Pizzeria. Anna kommt aus Deutschland und steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Noch besser: Ihre Pizza am Abend ist ein echter Genuss – und das Eis am Nachmittag ebenfalls! Es war einfach großartig, so eine Anlaufstelle direkt vor Ort zu haben.Ich habe die Zeit in Channi sehr genossen, mich wunderbar erholt – und komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour les personnes sur places super simpa maison très propres le seul chose c que a 105 € la nuit ont nous fait payer des taxe et des frais de nettoyage c pas normal tout devrait être compris dans le prix en plus de sa la maison et magnifique mais vous sortez vous avez tout le village en face entrain de vous regarder terrasse de restaurant à la sortie de la maison c pas le plus désagréable c l’endroit on et isoler de tout si nous pas véhiculé ont et coincée je pense que la personne devrait revoir sont prix a la baisse au niveau de la location

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub und können die Ferienwohnung in den höchsten Tönen loben. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und Chianni ist einfach zauberhaft, mit einem pulsierenden Dorfleben. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Ons verblijf van 5 mei tot 1 juni ‘24 was ronduit geweldig. Chianni is adembenemend mooi. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is ruim en werkelijk schitterend met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het dakterras. De eerste 14 dagen waren wij met vrienden. De derde week met 2 van onze kinderen en de laatste week samen. We hebben allen genoten van onze tijd in Toscane. Heerlijk gegeten bij Anna’s Bar. Heerlijke pizza’s en Spaghetti Carbonara (aanrader) Terras voor de deur, tapbiertje is snel gehaald. Ook de Bistro is fantastisch. Verder is er kleine supermarkt en zijn er nog wat kleine winkeltjes. Wij komen heel graag terug in het mooie Toscane. Frank en Jeannette Venhoven

Perfekte Unterkunft!!

Chianni ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für einen Toskanaurlaub 🇮🇹. Diese Unterkunft ist ideal dafür geeignet, um nach einem Abendessen in Anna‘s Bar auf der Terrasse der Wohnung die Seele baumeln zu lassen!! Wir waren zum 5x in Chianni, und wir werden wiederkommen!!!
