In winter, you’re just steps from Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort and a few miles from Snow River for skiing and snowboarding, along with direct access to hundreds of miles of scenic snowmobile trails. When the snow melts, the adventure continues with hiking and biking trails, waterfalls, fishing, and exploring the beauty of the Northwoods.

We are conveniently located just off US-2 and only a few miles from Ironwood Airport, which offers daily flights through Denver Air. Whether you’re arriving by car or by air, our location makes getting here easy and stress-free, putting you close to all the area has to offer.

The main level features a stunning, open-concept design with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room provide the perfect space for socializing, cooking, and relaxing. The living room is anchored by a beautiful wood-burning brick fireplace, with comfy seating perfect for gathering after a day of outdoor activities. Patio doors lead out to the expansive wrap-around deck, complete with a gas grill and patio set, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or simply soaking in the view.

On the lower level, you'll find an additional family room with a gas fireplace that offers a cozy, relaxed space for entertainment and downtime. This level also includes a second full kitchen, ideal for preparing meals for larger groups, as well as a foosball table for added fun. For added convenience, there’s also a sauna and a mudroom—the perfect place to store all your ski and snowboard gear after a day on the slopes. A washer and dryer are also available on this level for your convenience.

Chateau Merlot is equipped with modern amenities including central air, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a Smart TV with access to 15 channels, and a fire pit area outside, perfect for gathering around after a long day of adventure. Please note that pets are not allowed in this unit.
