Nestled in the heart of the Upper Peninsula, the Powderhorn area is a true four-season destination.
The neighborhood also offers great local spots to enjoy—grab a hearty meal at Iron Nugget, sip a coffee at Copper Cup, try out a beer at old Iron Brewery or try a local favorite at Pit Stop, Uptown Café, or Club 28. You’ll also find shopping, live music, and seasonal festivals nearby that bring the community to life.

In winter, you’re just steps from Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort and a few miles from Snow River for skiing and snowboarding, along with direct access to hundreds of miles of scenic snowmobile trails. When the snow melts, the adventure continues with hiking and biking trails, waterfalls, fishing, and exploring the beauty of the Northwoods.

We are conveniently located just off US-2 and only a few miles from Ironwood Airport, which offers daily flights through Denver Air. Whether you’re arriving by car or by air, our location makes getting here easy and stress-free, putting you close to all the area has to offer.

This expansive home features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread across three levels. On the lower level, you'll find 1 bedroom along with a fun and interactive bunk room featuring a foosball table—perfect for kids or anyone looking to enjoy a little friendly competition. On the main level, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as an impressive, open-concept living area with soaring high ceilings. Two adjoining living rooms are centered around a large shared gas fireplace, providing a cozy spot to relax after a day of adventure. The kitchen features a large, wrap-around counter/bar, perfect for casual dining or entertaining, and the dining area offers ample space for larger gatherings.

For ultimate relaxation, the main level also includes a dedicated indoor hot tub and sauna, both tucked away in a private porch area at the back of the home. Please note that the hot tub is available December 1 through April 1 only. Step outside onto the spacious wraparound deck, which offers sweeping views of the surrounding landscape and plenty of space for lounging, dining, or enjoying the outdoors.

The vacation home is equipped with modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi throughout, access to 7 Smart TVs providing streaming services, ensuring you stay connected during your stay. Slope access is a major highlight, with direct access to Lift #1 along the Alpen Trail, and additional access to Lifts #2 & #3 along the Flintlock Trail, making it the perfect location for winter sports enthusiasts.
