Family Tides in Seaside - Oregon Beach Vacations

Welcome to Family Tides in Seaside, located in, you guessed it, Seaside! This one story home with 1,700 square feet is perfect for you and six guests, with three bedrooms and two baths! Located within close walking distance of the beach, you and your family and friends will love the cozy and nautical themes this vacation home has to offer!

Step right in and you'll be greeted by deep sea blues and gorgeous wood flooring and furniture! Cozy and quaint, you'll feel right at home in this beautifully decorated home! With plenty of space to relax around the TV and seats at the dining room table, the whole family can choose to be together or apart, whichever they'd like! Head over to the patio doors, where you can find a small deck to relax on. There is also extra seating in this area, right off of the kitchen! The kitchen is fully functional, with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay! Make a homemade meal every night, or store some small necessities for breakfast or snacks!

Head over to the first bedroom and you'll find a nicely decorated room perfect for the kids, with two twin beds. The second bedroom offers two full size beds, perfect for couples or older kids who need more space. The final bedroom, the primary, is beautifully decorated in blues to match the sea, with a private bathroom. Each bathroom comes with a shower and tub combo. You'll also find a washer and dryer at this vacation rental, so feel free to pack a little lighter, knowing you'll be able to wash clothes while staying here! We didn’t arrive until about 4:30-5am and I was unable to pull up the email with the entry code, etc. Fortunately, a woman answered the phone and was able to help us get in. It took just a couple of minutes. The fan in the master bathroom had fuzz on it, but overall the house was clean. Loved the house and decor. Very comfy couches!!

This was a very clean, comfortable and spacious house in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need and there was even a pantry cabinet with food items that were offered for you to take. There were also beach chairs, toys, and a kite for the beach plus lots of board games for the kids. The only negative for us: the long walk on the grassy beach to get to the ocean was difficult with little ones in tow.

We loved our stay at this beautiful Seaside home! It felt so cozy and welcoming, like a true home away from home. My kids loved their rooms, and there were plenty of clean towels, movies, and little touches that made our stay so relaxing. Being just 1.5 blocks from the beach was perfect we can’t wait to come back.

Weekend trip to the Coast

Great location, easy access to restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Easy walk to the beach. Clean. Well stocked for making your own meals, if desired. Would definitely refer friends. Would stay here again.

Great Birthday Getaway

This was perfect for a small group of friends to celebrate a special occasion. We loved the space and all the comforts. Will rent again.

Cute place, close to the beach on the north end of town away from the crowds. The house had all the accommodations and more. Lots of games and toys inside. Sand toys to play on the beach. Kitchen was stocked with spices, dishes and more. Bathrooms had lots of towels and toiletries. Beds were cozy. Enjoyed our stay at this warm inviting beach house. Thanks you!

Great location and home

Really convenient location to the beach, easy walk. Had everything we needed except a corkscrew that I assume a previous renter may have accidentally taken with them. We made sure to leave the one we purchased for future renters!

Great location!

Fantastic location, ample room, wonderful amenities, except it could use more silverware and could be cleaned a bit better. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom when we got there.

Family Getaway

I went with my three kids (15, 23, & 26) for a couple of days to get out of the inland heat and have a little beach time. Everything at the house was clean and comfy, and the beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed one day exploring Seaside and then day-tripped to Astoria for a day. I wish we had been able to stay longer. This is a good place from which to stage your own North Coast adventure, for sure!

Great GREAT place , pictures don’t do it justice

Marvelous spot, great neighbors and super peaceful can not beat it at all. Of note, this is not a ding at all as we loved the heck out of this place, it’s time for new blinds and window locks as some were rusty / stained and some locks came off when trying to lock up when we left so the windows just need some love ! Thank you guys for everything
