Location, Location, Location . . . Our dog friendly cabin is located 1/2 block from the Lake! 1/2 block to Patton Beach-the only dog friendly beach in the North Shore, & GarWoods Restaurant. This absolutely charming family retreat offers a delightful setting with towering pine trees. There is a warm & welcoming feeling to this special property! You’ll love the lake view from living room and master suite. Plus CB Pizza, Waterman's Landing, Sierra Boat Company and Miniature Golf are a stone's throw away.

Our well appointed & updated, lake view cabin has 4 bdrms, 2-1/2 baths, fireplaces in the living room & primary suite, open floor plan & stocked kitchen. Pool Table & Hot Tub for added fun! The spacious, sparkling clean, upscale, family cabin is located on a quiet street with no rear neighbors! You'll love the privacy! This cozy cabin is 2000 square feet and features a fireplace downstairs in the family room, open floor plan and large kitchen. Upstairs you'll find 4 large bedrooms with room to host ten adults and some kids in beds. Twelve is the MAXIMUM number of guests allowed, max of 10 ADULTs per Placer Co.

The Primary Suite has large windows offering views of the lake and romantic fireplace. This cabin is well equipped for fun with games, books, pool table and a hot tub. There is a fenced dog run for your furry friend too. Dogs welcome, with additional fee, no cats. After a day of boating of crystal clear, blue Lake Tahoe or a day on the slopes you'll find this the perfect retreat. And if you do need to connect with work, there is high speed internet.

You'll enjoy our cabin with full kitchen including all the amenities, a gas grill on the spacious deck, a hot tub and game room with pool table - it is perfect for one or two families to escape and enjoy this retreat! The house is stocked with towels, extra bedding as needed. Washer and dryer with detergent available. The kitchen is a Chef's dream with new plates, glassware, pot/pans, baking sheets, cake and pie pans, etc. we have a blender, slow cooker and even a Cuisinart food processor. Plus salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, condiments, sugar and spices. For your morning indulgences, there is a regular coffee maker, espresso machine and a keurig, if you prefer pods.

In the garage your find sleds and saucers for fun in the snow. For summer there are rafts, floaty things, tubes, a pop up tent, and wagon to get it all to the beach-plus beach towels. All the furnishings, equipment and bedding is updated annually.
All set for a perfect vacation!

The house backs up to the Tahoe National Forest for your hiking or sledding, or snowshoeing pleasure, and complete privacy. At the end of the day, relax in the hot tub. There are 4 flat screen TVs, premium cable and movie channels, plus Netflix, for those who choose to relax at home. You can use your Apple TV and other programs with the TV as well.

Carnelian Bay is between Kings Beach and Tahoe City in North Lake Tahoe. Carnelian Bay has easy access to all the North Lake beaches. The house is 10 minutes Northstar and 20 minutes to Squaw Valley-Alpine Meadows. The casinos at Stateline are 10 minutes away too.

Nearby are great restaurants such as GarWood's Restaurant and Pier (Lanza's, Old Range steakhouse plus many more in nearby Kings Beach and Tahoe City) where you can watch the sunset and ponder the next days activities. Our location offers everything from boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking, rafting down the nearby Truckee River, hiking , skiing and so much more in this beautiful place has to offer. Waterman's Landing is on the beach and offers kayak, paddle board and more rentals for the day. Post Office Cafe is great for fabulous breakfasts and lunches, CB Pizza is literally across the street, as is 7-11. Grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away as well.
