Welcome to Westhampton

This beautifully appointed home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and family room with a 20x40 foot salt water heated pool. The property is on just over half an acre, is private, spacious and located on a quiet and secluded street, south of the highway and just a walk or bike ride away from beautiful bay views.

All the furnishings in the house are newly appointed including the bathrooms,outdoor seating and dining. There are smart TVs in the living room, MBR and outdoor patio. June- August requests must be a 7 day minimum.

We don't allow pool parties including more than the max. adult capacity. In order to respect neighbors, we don't play loud music past dinner hours.
ELECTRICITY: For tenants staying 3 weeks in the summer, you will pay for your own electricity. I will present a bill and reimburse the difference.

Great location in West Hampton off of Montauk Highway(a 2-lane road so not a really a highway) deep in a quiet neighborhood. The home was close to "Downtown West Hampton" for shopping and dining, and Quogue where we were staying for our son's wedding. My mother and her assistant stayed at the house which is one level and recently updated and nicely decorated. The walk-in showers were wonderful for her to get into. Great touch with the large oversized tray so she could put her makeup on and place over the sink to create a workstation for her application. My mother uses a walker and was very comfortable moving around the home. She is very hard to please and she and her friend did like the home very much. I searched for a week to hit my mother's expectations and needs for her stay, and Regina;s online description was very helpful. When I had to relay a question from my mother, her response was very quick. I would love to come back and use the "Hampton Style" pool! I am a Vrbo Premier Host as well and Regina was great with details, expectations and communication. We have this home saved if and when we return to see the 'In-law's" for a holiday or summer beach visit! Great location in-between West Hampton and Quogue! Thank you!!!!

“Welcome to Westhampton”

Wow! Get ready for the most tranquil stay at this beautiful ranch home in Westhampton. The house is immaculately maintained (kudos to the cleaning crew) and comfortably yet beautifully decorated (no hand-me-down ‘grandma furniture’ in this property). The kitchen (and whole house) appears to have been recently renovated and has been outfitted with almost everything a family would need. The king bed in the primary bedroom and the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, might just give you a better night’s sleep than you’ve ever had at home! The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, but our group did not use that bedroom. The large and welcoming backyard is thoroughly landscaped with mature greenery for total privacy and various covered and uncovered seating and lounge areas on which to enjoy your morning coffee or some late afternoon drinks and hors d’oeuvres. The large, rectangular, built-in pool is the star of the yard! The location of the house is fantastic! It is on a very quiet street and literally only minutes from the heart of town with its many wonderful restaurants, boutiques, and ice cream shops. Regina was an extremely responsive host and for the few times we needed to connect with her via text, we heard back from her almost immediately. She has thought of virtually everything to make this VRBO property one we would be delighted to rent again in the future. Thanks, Regina, for a wonderful few days away!

Great stay at beautiful home

We had a wonderful time at Regina's home in early June. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and amenities including a wonderful salt water pool and outdoor shower. Excellent wifi connection as well as a great BBQ that we used for most of our meals. We hope to stay at Regina's property in the future.

Perfect house for our summer vacation!

This was a wonderful house for our family vacation. It was spotless, renovated, bright, and tastefully furnished. The pool was amazing and very well heated! The owner was friendly, informative, and responded to all inquiries in a timely manner. We loved our time here!

Great Vacation!

The house was lovely, clean, bright and thoughtfully furnished. We had a wonderful 12 day vacation at this home. The location was excellent for bike riding and minutes to town and the beach.

What a week in a Great House!

This is a great option for a vacation rental in the Hamptons! The rental process was extremely easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The owner is very involved with the rental process and clearly takes pride in the house, which is decorated and maintained very well. The yard is spacious and the brand new salt water heated pool is an outrageous plus! The street is quiet - great for family bike rides. Everything in the house is immaculate and it was newly painted. The decor is simplistic yet fantastic, with great attention to detail. There are a plenty of restaurants, activities and shopping options. My family loved it and felt totally comfortable here. We are already planning our return next year! Overall, we highly recommend the house as a great vacation rental!
