The house was everything we could have hoped for. Seconds to kayak/paddleboard on the bay. Two minute walk to an amazing and empty beach. And the house itself was comfy and nice.

Loved the location!

What a peaceful stay in a beautiful location. I walked across the street to the ocean for the sunrise every day and stayed in the house and on the dock for sunsets. I'm a painter and I was very inspired. I also teach Zoom classes and the wifi was reliable. There were a few issues in the house when I first arrived and Kevin was very responsive and went out of his way to help out and fix the problems.

Great little beach house!

We much enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house, which has much to offer especially in terms of its location and private access to the beach. The views over the bay, and from the rooftop deck, to the ocean, are incredible - the best sunset cocktails ever! The bedrooms are nice and comfortable, bathrooms are fine, and kitchen is pretty well equipped for basic cooking. The barbecue is 2 floors down which is not ideal but workable (we burned lots of extra calories going up and down the stairs 😀). Kevin was super responsive with questions and very accommodating when we asked for a late check out which was much appreciated. All in all, we had a great time and the house worked out well for our family of six.

Fabulous Bayside Location with Beach Access

This house is a fantastic property for family’s and water sport activities. New kitchen and bathrooms are great and the family room is super cozy with ample seating for all. It sits on the bay with gorgeous sunset views. Directly across the street is a private boardwalk to the beach. It has to be the best waterfront scenario ever, with toys galore. Our boys kayaked the bay cove, fished the bay, and enjoyed the beach with wet suits. The bay is only about 3 ft deep and we saw swimmers in it as well. There are tons of sleeping options and the bedrooms are a nice size. Our only constructive feedback is that the home needs black ant extermination, deep cleaning, all cabinets organized, and repair of any rotted wood on the balconies and exterior stairs. Overall 5 stars for location, sleeping, and amenities.

Great stay 2nd Summer

This was our second time staying at this house and everything was just as great as the first time. It really is in the perfect location and has everything you would need for weekend on the beach with friends.

Great house on the canal

This was a perfect house for our family. We went with 4 adult children. We enjoyed the surf beach right across the street , fished from the dock (caught crabs and of course let them go), sat on the deck and watch the gorgeous sunsets and enjoyed sitting on the deck with the festive lights later at night. The inside was clean, comfy and nicely decorated with beach decor. We all agreed that this was the best house we've stayed in. We hated to leave. Thanks for sharing it!

FAMILY STAYCATION

The property was very nice, in a great location! We loved the ocean access directly across the street. The bay side is beautiful, as well. There are plenty of restaurants in the area if you want some dinner or want to get away from the beach for lunch. The town is really nice. Cupsogue beach is just down the road. Overall a lovely vacation!

Amazing location

We had a great stay. The location is absolutely amazing! You have your own private walkway to a private beach directly across the street, plus wonderful bay views at the back of the house with beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome spot!

Kevin was extremely responsive when answering questions. Everything was clean and organized when arriving and everyone enjoyed their stay! The view off the back deck was unbelievable every night. The proximity to the beach and local town was also ideal. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Hamptons.

Great house and so convenient!

Across from the beach, close to John Scott’s bar, and tons of beds for large groups. The house was clean and had no issues. Only feedback I have is that the house has surf boards, but their fins are broken so pretty unuseable.

Great Experience

We have rented this property the last 2 years and it’s wonderful. The house is in a great location, stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation and communication with the property manager is always easy and responsive.

This house is amazing

My friends and I had the best weekend here. The roof top deck was probably everyone's favorite part of the house. The house was stocked with all sorts of beach toys and then there were all the kayaks and paddle boards there for us to use on the bay. This was the best experience renting a house that I've ever had

Perfect beach house!!!

Rented the house for a 3 day weekend to celebrate my wife's 40th bday. It's perfectly located- exceptional sunsets, and a 1 min walk to the ocean (your own personal private boardwalk to the beach is directly across the street). House is quite unassuming from the outside, but the inside has been beautifully redone and clearly very recently. It was also SPOTLESSLY clean when we checked in. Full tank of propane provided for the grill, kayacs, sailboats and water toys included, the accessable roof deck, and a rocking chair in the master bedroom (we had a 5 month old with us) were all big bonuses. Owner even emailed halfway through our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and that everything was all good. Only downsides I can even think of were the private dock being in disrepair (which we didn't care about, but would be an issue if you were planning to try and tie a boat or jet ski up), the air conditioning couldn't keep up in the main room on the upper level of the house on the days where we had 100 degree heat (but the lower level of the house was fine, as was the master bed & bath on the upper level; the main room of the upper level got up to 78 degrees by noon and stayed there until the sun went down. Guessing on any day 90 degrees or cooler there would be no issue though), and the sliding glass door that goes out to the deck off the main floor being exceptionally hard to open & close. Only other thing I'd say is if stairs are an issue for you, this house is not for you. Nothing is on ground level (guess the house is hurricane proof!)- 4 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and everything else is in the upper/3rd level. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it!!!

Great house with amazing views!! Spacious!

This lovely house fit 11 comfortably... house was clean and updated with great kitchen and living room overlooking the bay (pictures do not do the house justice)! Great location on bay with ocean access. Unfortunately the dock needed repair and was not accessible on the bay side for fishing or sitting... but overall a great stay. Would come stay again!

Well kept, clean, comfortable home with good amenities in a great location. Perfect for a family.

Found this home for a last minute Memorial Day getaway. Was very happy with the home and all the extras (beach gear, paddle board etc...). Was perfect for my wife and I plus three children. Property manager was super responsive, thank you! Really great set up with awesome access to the beach. I will definitely go back and would recommend the house to anyone looking for a nice, convenient, clean beach house. One suggestion for owner (and slight drawback...): consider updating the outdoor grill.

summer vacation

We have been going to westhampton beach area for 12 years for a summer vacation. Renting numerous homes in the area during this time. My entire adult family said this one was the best. With great beach access, and the added twist we have never experienced before, bay access, there was something for all. The home is in great shape and there was room for all 8 of us. the caretaker of the home was responsive and very accomadating. Thank you for a great time. Cant wait to do it again.

Great House on Dune Road

Perfect 5 bedroom house right on Dune Road directly across from the beach. Deck overlooking the bay. Very easy to get into town. We stayed for 3 days and had a great time.

Birthday Weekend

To celebrate a friend's birthday we had 12 friends say in this incredible Westhampton Beach rental and had such an amazing time. The house is perfectly described on the rentals page, and the private beach access heightens the experience even more. The house is decorated in such a beachy/hamptons way that it feels like instant vacation when you walk in. The location on Dune road is also incredible. Our whole group had a great time, and are all hoping to stay again in the future. Would highly recommend this listing.
