Stylish & spacious Penthouse with Unmatched Marina Views in Prime Lagos Location

I am very disappointed that people can use bad reviews as blackmail… I am also very disheartened that trying to help & accommodate I ended up subjected to this! This booking was to honour a cancelled booking the previous year! When client decided to take the holidays on the duplex the dates were already taken, explained that just recently I purchased another apartment in same location but not decorated in some style as the other one, fully equipped, furnished, decorated & freshly painted. Explained that the decor was traditional PORTUGESE opposed to the other one very modern & bling. The client agreed. Other holiday makers that stayed before & since loved it. I sent information for meeting & greeting, but communication from them with estimated arrival times wasn’t helpful, I actually phoned the client and was told that she herself didn’t go do to illness, only husband & children was there. We was in very good terms and all seemed good. We are water front Marina, not very difficult to find, if you are in the marina you are not lost, it’s a matter of reading the information that it’s given. Once the holidays were over they asked for a further discount, i couldn’t honour it, because rates was very low to start with, and I already suffered great lost during the covid two years. The client add very good value to start with. Regarding the electrical issues, it’s the Portuguese power grid that during peak times as power cuts, I already pay for commercial rates to avoid this but still from time to time it happens. (I am sorry about the melted lollies). One of the air con wasn’t working properly , when the client told us we straight away resolved it and bought a mobile air con unit (quite expensive) not a fan as stated, it’s the bedroom overlooking the water with French sliding doors, netted - ( fresh air guaranteed) This apartment is beautiful in prime location, fast Wi-Fi & free access to the most beautiful pool & very close to everything else to make it easier. I didn’t think to give further discount was fair on me. But for all that is worth, I am sorry that client couldn’t appreciate our effort and felt displeased. Since then we have installed a brand new shiny kitchen, noted that traditional PORTUGESE isn’t appreciated, people like Essex bling more:-).

Dear Dawn I THANK YOU KINDLY FOR YOUR REVIEW AND VALID POINTS RAISED. i also take this opportunity to apologize that on this occasion Marcia was 20 minutes late, this is very unlike her,we 99% of the times are always waiting at property for meeting & greeting our guest on arrival,however sometimes situations outside of our control do make us a little late, in your case i can understand your frustration, 20minutes after a 3 hour train journey does seem longer, please once again accept my apologies. I also appreciate your other points: Pillows= i do believe that if you looked on higher bedroom storage cupboards you would find extra pillows. also we only leave enough supplies for your arrival and first couple of day (soap,bags,dishwasher tablets,washing up liquid,kitchen paper towel,toilet paper) etc, but due to individual choices I assumed that each individual persons will then purchase what they need according to their preferences. i promise you that if you come back i will offer you a good discount and all your points raised will be met.
