The villa has everything you need to make for a wonderful holiday including an indoor games room with pool table, however, if you wish to venture out of the villa, L’Esplendor is located just a 10-minute walk from the beaches, shops and restaurants of Cala San Vicente. A 10 minute drive will take you to vibrant Pollença for a wider choice of shopping and dining options or just a littel further away you will find Puerto Pollença with its upmarket promenade and beautiful beach. Set the combination to 2780, then hold down the black switch on the left and pull open the hinged door on the front. The keys to the house & a remote control for the electric gate will be inside. Parking: inside the property Information guide Simpson Travel information book is in the villa DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM PALMA AIRPORT - approximately 45 minutes We suggest that before you set off, you acquaint yourselves with the way your odometer works. In most cars it is electronic. To reset most of these models you need to press the button once to reach the day reading and then press and hold until the reading flashes for some time and then becomes zero. The road network in Mallorca is often being updated therefore the road numbers on signposts may not correspond to those on maps. Where this is the case, we have tried to use landmarks as much as possible. Please take care driving on these roads and remember to drive on the right-hand side! 1. From the multi-storey car park follow the blue signs for Palma. Join the motorway in the direction of Palma. 2. Take the 2nd exit off of this motorway, sign posted as Coll D’en Rabassa 3. Take the 3rd exit off of the roundabout, leaving a large Shopping Mall (FAN), on your right. Villa L’Esplendor 2022 4. At the next roundabout go straight ahead, following white signs to Inca. 5. You are now on the Ma30, following signs to INCA, continue for approximately 7.3 km. 6. As you pass the second Shopping Mall (Al Campo) on your right, bear to the right, following signs to INCA/ALCUDIA, and you will filter onto the Ma13 motorway, heading north from Palma to Port d’Alcúdia. Stay on this road until Junction 40. (Approximately 35kms) 7. Leave the motorway here and at the roundabout, take the exit for Pollença Ma2200. Reset your odometer to zero 8. 10.6km You reach a roundabout with a large metal cockerel sculpture. Take the third exit (straight on) marked Port de Pollença Ma2200. Reset your odometer again to zero. 9. 1.0km Another roundabout. Take first exit Port de Pollença, Ma2200. 10. 2.6km Turn left signposted Cala Sant Vincenç – Ma2203 (filter into middle lane before turning, being careful of the oncoming traffic). 11 .After passing the yellow topped road markers 1, 2 and 3 you will enter Cala Sant Vincenc and almost at the top of the brow, turn right at the third road into Carrer Santiago Rossinyol. 12. At a small crossroads take care crossing straight over, to continue on Carrer Santiago Rossinyol. 13.
