133 - Villa Del Sol (LH133)

Villa Del Sol is on the private residential area of Montana Roja (Red Volcano) in Playa Blanca, which is overlooked by the stunning extinct Red Mountain Volcano and has magnificent sea views. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private heated pool, A/C and FREE WiFi.



The property has a private electrically heated pool and to ensure your privacy we have built a beautiful Piedra wall from volcanic laver all around the garden, so you are private for swimming or sunbathing.



To keep the traditional feel of a Spanish holiday we have designed a BBQ built in the old tradition on the terrace, with a preparation area to the side, including a sink and covered area.



The upper terrace has an attractive fence with gates which is excellent for parents with young children, to stop them wondering unsupervised to the swimming pool.



Inside the villa we have designed it to cater for as wide a consideration of all ages as possible, and is furnished with a mixture of traditional and modern, to give a really luxurious feel, both in English and Spanish furniture.



The property has a large flat screen TV with an excellent choice of channels (including BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 + most of the main SKY channels including the movies & sports), DVD player (DVD's Not Supplied).



From the beautiful lounge area, you have patio doors which open up on the upper sun terrace over looking the pool, as does the en-suite bedroom.



The villa has a superbly designed and equipped modern kitchen. Included in the kitchen is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, toaster & kettle.



The en-suite master bedroom with its super kingsize bed has patio doors leading directly on to the sun terrace. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third room is a twin room. All bedrooms have shutters with built in Mosquito nets fitted.



Each bedroom is fitted with individual Air-conditioning units that also act as dehumidifiers or air purifiers for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather. They work on a coin meter system and are available to all guests.



Both free standing and ceiling fans are included in the basic villa price. Clean linen and towels are provided each week including beach towels.



AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.



CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.



WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.
